Room was good, a nice bed and lovely and clean, it was only a one night work stopover, but very nice. Breakfast was lovely an excellent poached egg.
Limited parking to the front if the hotel, but spaces down the side road, so not a criticism just more for information really, there's a number to ring to access the key from a pod it's not ideal if its really late or raining but it worked ok and I guess it cuts down on price not having to have staff in site
Good shower and lovely warm room. Lovely breakfast - coffee considerably better than I have experienced in other places!
Room was spotless, little extras, water, toiletries, breakfast was lovely, beds were comfy, you could adjust the heating in your room which after a stay elsewhere we were freezing because we couldnt get it on. All in all a lovely stay
Everything was excellent.
Very friendly staff.good value for money and a very relaxing atmosphere.
Lovely room. Very clean and comfortable. Great host. Delicious breakfast.
The shower pressure was poor
Everything, warm and welcome greeting. Excellent room and facilities clean. Was beautiful my partner and I loved it. Bread as was fab too. Beautiful garden too.
Everything was perfect.
Customer focused staff who provide excellent service. Great breakfast.
Choice of breakfasts is great. Warm clean and comfortable.
For a solo person it is quite expensive, luckily for me the firm I work for when in Poole pays for me!
I spoke to Debbie. She could not do enough for me. Room an hotel. Was clean an excellent order. An I have been in a lot of hotels. Will be visiting again
The shower could be a bit stronger. But I'm not complaining lol
Excellent value for money and very helpful staff.
The welcome was warm, efficient and friendly. The location was fine with good bus service outside. The room was good and at a pleasant not too hot temperature, while breakfast was excellent. I would highly recommend staying here.
Finding a previous guest's orange and Haribos in a draw was a surprise!
I had unexpected business to attend to. Debbie very kindly used her office to help me deal with it. Also gave me good information about the local area.
Made to feel welcome on arrival by very friendy and helpful staff. Nothing was too much trouble and the breakfast was delicious - spoilt for choice. Would thoroughly recommend Blue Shutters.
Couldn't find fault with anything.
comfortable rooms. the pre-ordering breakfast is a good system, if you are in a hurry in the morning.
Breakfast start at 7.30/ As a business traveller , I would like to be able to have an earlier breakfast. the front groundfloor rooms lack privacy.
Accommodation, staff, facilities.Everything was done to make one's stay very pleasant.
Could almost hear people in next room think, the walls were so thin!!
They called me before my stay to give me access to the outside key safe so I could arrive when I wanted and go straight to my room. Room was clean and modern with good modern en-suite. Good full English breakfast with ability to vary ingredients.
Nothing, it was all you could want from a bed and breakfast.
Good storage for clothes, etc Good bed and duvet just right
No heat in bathroom. Impossible to darken the room, as the plastic shutters allow too much street light. Absence of lounge or meeting room
We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the room and the options and quality of the breakfast. The staff very friendly and helpful and we will definately be going back.
Staff were very friendly
Very clean and fresh throughout building Rooms very clean and comfortable Good well cooked breakfast
Stairs No where out of cold to smoke outside
Very clean and helpful staff. Breakfast was lovely.
2nd stay - as good as the 1st. nice breakfast.
I felt valued as a customer. All staff were friendly and proficient. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was good quality and plentiefull. Plenty power sockets where needed around the room. Voucher for discounts at local restaurants. My impression is of an establishment striving for excellence.
Wall sockets squint. Slight damp smell in en suite bathroom.
What a great bed and breakfast, would recommend this to anyone visiting Poole.
