With a private garden and terrace, this large Edwardian property offers guests spacious bedrooms and free Wi-Fi, just 10 minutes’ drive from the award-winning beaches of Sandbanks. Poole Quay Ferry Landing is only a 10-minute drive from Blueshutters, with ferries to and from Brownsea Island. Dolphin Shopping Centre is 5 minutes away by car and there is free parking at the guest house. A full English breakfast is served in the spacious, dining room. Lighter and vegetarian options, including smoked kipper and a selection of cereals are also available. Tastefully decorated, the bedrooms at Blueshutters guest house all have a modern en suite shower room with free toiletries. Friendly family laid back atmosphere & very good breakfast Booking com did not tell me that I had to check in before 8.00pm. I was lost and quite by chance I just made it! Quite difficult to find if you don't know Poole. Better directions on the booking confirmation printout would help. Non of this hotels fault all down to booking com!

Great place to stay in Poole , friendly welcome and greeted with a cuppa :) very quiet ( I had a room at the back) clean room comfy bed , controlable central heating , good shower with plenty of hot water , drink making facilities free wi fi and fantastic breakfast . ( very close to various pubs and Mr Kyps venue) can't think of anything I didn't like !

Friendly staff. Pleasant room, really clean, with fresh bedlinen, good selection of toiletries, tea tray & biscuits etc. Lovely breakfast room and great breakfast. Books & magazines available. Enjoyable stay.

Staff were brilliant, helpful and lovely. Room was clean, well appointed and all we needed. Location from ferry terminal excellent. Breakfast was awesome! Nothing, we,ll stay again if in poole

The tubular shower holder was caked with rust.shower head filthy & encrusted.taps on sink moved when turned on or off. after 2 of us showered the flooring had lifted looked like a a wavy sea.The whole place smelt of damp & fust.No-one there to greet us - the person serving breakfast was a joke & the chairs & tables too close and set out like a dormitory. I had legionnaires disease in 2003 and I would not shower my dog with that shower.I shall report it to hpa. A disappointing end to a wonderful holiday in Jersey.Radison Blu.

Really pleasant friendly atmosphere , staff very keen and polite. Clean and welcoming and want to return but bed was a problem. I would return and recommend to friends and want to wish the girls every success but change the beds ASAP Room 4 Bed is unacceptable

We thought your breakfasts were fantastic! They were beautifully served by friendly staff and the attention to our needs were fulfilled. There was more than ample food and breakfast held me over for the entire day! I think the one comment for improvement would be the light-colored curtains. When on holiday, I need to sleep in more than usual, so having the light wake me up was my only complaint. They were very pretty but an easy fix would be some dark panels with black out fabric behind to ensure a dark room.

Blue shutters is a guest house serviced daytimes by cheerful,capable ladies making it an ideal stopover for ferry passengers like ourselves.it is clean warm and comfortable with good facilities. A double room with two bedside cabinets should have a bedside lamp on each. Otherwise they are excellent and deserve their high ratings
