The staff were helpful and welcoming. The sheets were laundered well. The Indian restaurant within hotel was fantastic. Breakfast was a bit chaotic. |

Beds were hard. Poor language skills of staff. Hotel reception staff did not expect us despite our having booked several weeks previously. Ill fitting curtains. Sheets clean but had holes in them. No plug in hand basin so one could not use it for washing and water was wasted. |

how close it was to bus stops and how close it was to the unserground. 4 beds in the one room for 2 people. not room toswing a cat. Stairs too narrow and on e would need a guide dog to find reception after reaching the top of house. Room was st front of house and the zeebra crossing light kept flashing in the room all night. |

Good value for money will use this hotel again, good location for city torists underground tude station walking distance. Needs more staff to serve breakfast as this is a close location for Heathrow airport, with flight times to watch. |

Comfy beds. Poached eggs perfectly cooked. Room in need of decorating. Whole of ground floor being refurbished - therefore no restaurant/ bar facitities. Breakfast area too small and understaffed for demand - we had to wait for an hour. Room for 4 had 3 cups and staff wouldn't give us an extra cup. Poor showers. |

The bedding was clean. The curtains were shut when we entered the room as that was the best view of the room in the dark. It was small, the bathroom floor was dirty and the bed was hard and very noisy. We did not wait for breakfast as could not wait to leave the place. |

Refurbishment of the restuarant meant that breakfast facilities were stretched. We had to queue for 1/2 hour for breakfast. Full English was minus a number of items as they had run out....Booking in as a couple, we had to ask for more towels... |

Easy access by bus and tube to London. Fairly quiet in room at all hours. (sic) Banging, spring assisted doors could be muffled. |

For myself personally it was located where I grew up, which is not a district for shopping, theatre,and the like; though it must be said it is close to Boston Manor Station, Piccadilly Line Service to the heart of London as well as direct to Heathrow Airport,It was very comfortable and on the whole offered very good service with room cleanliness and the breakfast service, It more than met my needs. Personally NO: but it is outside London's city centers for theatres, shopping and all those other tourist attractions, and historical sites, and probably not suitable for foreign tourists to London especially for those coming from America, Canada, Australia and the like. |
