If you are looking for 3 star hotel, avoid this hotel, this is definitely not a 3 star hotel. It is not worth more than 1 star, believe me.

Room is big enough Room is not clean, as previous guest left fork & knife in the bedside cupboard. The chairs has a lot of dots on them. Tv is too small, it is like 17" monitor that you have to watch from 5/6m distance - Also there is no tv signal only bbc1 & 2. Bathroom is a small cube and shower is electric heated. Toilet is too small to maneuvering will be difficult for Larger person. Finding the room is a magic. It smells a bad odor around and walkways are not even for older people. Over all I can rate it as 1 or maybe 2 stars.

The main reason for our stay here was the location - I know the area well and it's close to public transport and Ealing Broadway, where we met friends. Staff were friendly enough, car park nice and large. All in all, a very convenient and affordable place to stay, perfect as a base for visiting Ealing area. On arrival, we had to wait about 20 mins in reception - the staff knew about our reservation but our room was obviously not ready, someone eventually came downstairs with a bucket full of cleaning gear! Although the room was comfortable enough, the shower did not work properly, a big disappointment. Water was just a dribble, then it went stone cold. Wish we'd taken some foam bath to use the huge bath instead.

Staff were great, rooms very clean and excellent value, quite spacious also. The included full english was very good, with plenty to eat. 15 min walk to tube - convenient location. Very good value for money. Parking was included and left car there for second day of trip even though we had checked out. Would happily stay there again. Had a triple and double room with family of children 5, 17 - 15 - 9 No hairdryer in room -

All the staff were helpful. Excellent value for money in a area I knew well. Close enough to the underground to access the city. The car park was too crowded during the week but fine at weekends. There is an "arrangement" with another business for parking overnight if the car park is full.

If I cannot use this review for complaints I will say this. I have stayed in better hostels in Kings Cross than that rat hole Boston Manor hotel. I wouldnt send a dog there.

Only a brief overnight stop over so didnt spend much time there, but it was clean, no frills and functional. Perfect when you need to be near the centre of town on a budget! Poor shower - suspect it would be similar in other rooms of the hotel.

The price was decent. Very far from central London. It will take you 50 minutes to get to central London via tube. You will need 15 minutes to walk from the hotel to the tube station and another 40 minutes (if you catch the tube on time) to reach central London. If you have the bus system figured out, you can scrap that 15 minutes. I had allergy in my skin and when I asked my doctor he said it was bud bugs. I blame the hotel for not taking care of their beds and towels. Any place that does not try to make their towels look clean are to be avoided.

In honesty, booking out. The personal hygiene of staff was poor. The room was absolutely dreadful; not only was it dirty, every piece of furniture was broken. There were no lampshades, the carpet was dirty and stained. The bed was solid. As for the bathroom, well that was just hideous, starting with the musty smell when you opened the door. Everything had a tinge of dirt brown and grease orange. The taps turned all the way around, the toilet seat was broken and the flush did work properly. The was a bar jutting out of the wall just above the sink so you could not wash you face/brush your teeth without hitting your head. The Bin cover was ingrained with dirt.

The hotel was ideally situated for my need as it was close to University of West London. The room was large and comfortable nand there was a generous supply of tea/coffee. It was excellent value for money. 3 of us stayed for £75 !!! When we arrived there was a party on and therefore we could not park min hotel carpark and had to leave our car across the road. Half way through my shower the water went off and only came back on in short burst. I put this down to water pressure as were on top floor. The bathroom wall has tiles coming away.

The location is good, the cost was reasonable and the staff were friendly. No coffee sachets in the room on the first night, no top up of milk or sugar on the third night. I'm pretty sure that the sausages & bacon are deep fried, not to my liking.

Beds were comfortable. The overall experience was really bad. The toilet was filthy, the staff mentioned that it was not requested to clean it (you would think that it is part of health and safety anyway). The breakfast was very limited, not even hot chocolate for children. The hotel smelled like a kitchen as they have a Monty's restaurante working there in the evening. Very expensive for the location and quality. Try to avoid at all cost, it is much better to search for one of the B&Bs in Ealing which cost the same and is much better!
