Boston Manor Hotel Ltd  

There is a restaurant within the hotel and we ate there. The food was absolutely delicious. The room was fairly standard but very clean and we slept well. The staff could not do enough for you. Breakfast was nice and fast.Very pleasant stay.

It was quite close to the tube station but a bit out of London City. That was the only negative to a delightful stay.

Very bad hotel ,

Very bad hotel , durty room with durty flor and bad bed getting sounds from the bed while you are sleeping the tv was 13 inch the smile of the hotel was so much bad never go there

Friendliness of the staff, location and value for money.

Front room was a bit noisy from traffic.

Price and location

No lift also no hand rails on parts of the stairs. Think it would have been very helpful to know that there was no lift I then would have booked a ground floor room.

The Hotel had ample parking. Staff at reception went the extra mile to get our rooms close together (we had 6 rooms). The rooms were a little basic but they were clean. The showers and toilet facilities were good. We had an evening meal at the Hotel which served a lovely Tandoori menu. The service was excellent. A full english breakfast was included in the room price. Everyone enjoyed this too, and again the service was excellent. If you are looking for a Hotel in the Greenford vicinity at a good price, I would recommend the Boston Manor Hotel.

The room was a good size and although basic was excellent value for money.The staff were all very friendly and helpful.The hotel was within walking distance to the tube,which took us straight into the city.

From walking through the door to getting out of the door the next morning, nothing what so ever! Please, just dont do it! The smell on entering was horrible, the rooms looked ok(ish) but as a couple of hours wore on the smell of the indian restaurant and the smell of cats took over. At 3am I had to take a shower due to a rash as cats had been on the bed and I stunk.

If you are looking for 3 star hotel, avoid this hotel, this is definitely not a 3 star hotel. It is not worth more than 1 star, believe me.

Room is big enough

Room is not clean, as previous guest left fork & knife in the bedside cupboard. The chairs has a lot of dots on them. Tv is too small, it is like 17" monitor that you have to watch from 5/6m distance - Also there is no tv signal only bbc1 & 2. Bathroom is a small cube and shower is electric heated. Toilet is too small to maneuvering will be difficult for Larger person. Finding the room is a magic. It smells a bad odor around and walkways are not even for older people. Over all I can rate it as 1 or maybe 2 stars.

Staff were great, rooms very clean and excellent value, quite spacious also. The included full english was very good, with plenty to eat. 15 min walk to tube - convenient location. Very good value for money. Parking was included and left car there for second day of trip even though we had checked out. Would happily stay there again. Had a triple and double room with family of children 5, 17 - 15 - 9

No hairdryer in room -

If I cannot use this review for complaints I will say this. I have stayed in better hostels in Kings Cross than that rat hole Boston Manor hotel. I wouldnt send a dog there.
