Dirty the pull switch was black The basin did not drain away Kitchen smells came through window Terrible experience we wends up leaving and not staying due to the smells and noise
Location good value for money and staff very pleasent
The room was at front of hotel very noisy traffic.breakfast was poorly cooked stayed at this hotel in the past and had a better experience .
the very only thing I enjoyed was the lovely lad serving breakfast, all by himself I must add! there was atleast 25-30 people he had to deal with at once
everything else, it was absolutely awful, too noisy, beds too hard, awful hotel in general, very bad place
location easy for bus and tube.and 24hr front desk and free parking.and the size of room and bathroom were a good size.overall it was it was ok for what we paid.
breakfast was not great sausage and bacon looked like it had been cooked for a while eggs ok but you had no choice of tomato or beans it was just beens.
Friendly welcome from Indian managers Cheap price clean newish bathroom
Small walk-up room but what do you expect
Free parking, decent breakfast & room was tidy & clean even if very dated. A comfy bed & we slept well with no disturbances from other guests. We had a problem with our shower but someone came to help within minutes. 10 minute walk to tube station & then 30 minutes into Central London.
Hotel is very dated & attached to an Indian take away so quite smelly. Majority of staff don't talk to you, just a yes or no. A cheap hotel so I suppose you get what you pay for.
A charming spacious and quiet room (rm 216), with a quaint touch - a large ceiling fan. There were plenty of towels. The carpark is marked out with enough spaces, and there are several small shops for food and drink right outside the front door.
A large shelf above the wash basin. The rear door from the carpark is locked after midnight.
clean and comfortable good breakfast
to many stairs
Highlights: Very accessible to Boston Underground tube station - Big Plus for visitors ! Bus stop just yards away from the hotel We arrived at Terminal4 from US & took the direct Piccadilly line.........was very convenient than what we expected Breakfast included in the price The hotel staff were very friendly. We needed cab at 5am the day we left & they all arrangements & the cab was very cheap compared to what we were expecting based on the quotes that we received earlier Since our primary purpose was visiting London, I guess we made a perfect choice in terms of hotel
Ofcourse its London not US, so we were prepared about room sizes & bathroom. But I would sincerely suggest to change the bed sheets & comforters. There were stains on it & were very old. Even though they might have cleaned it, it didn't look clean. That was the biggest turn off. Else everything else was good.
Not a lot
Breakfast was awful. We tried it the first morning. The next 2 days of our stay we went to our parents. Room cleanliness was not good in attention to detail. Stains on windows sills etc. but nothing really bad. There is nothing wrong with this hotel that could not be put right if the will to do was there
Staff friendly and hotel clean.
We had a room at the front of the hotel so traffic noise was a problem if you wanted the Windows open, close the Windows and it was too hot to sleep. We also had the bright orange 'hotel' lights shining into our room because the curtains did not cover the full window and block out the bright glowing lights.
Basic facilities, on-suite . You get what you pay for - with breakfast included it represents value for money but I would not bring my wife and kids here again.
Poor level of cleanliness of rooms.
The staff were very friendly and obliging. There was ample parking and no worries about not finding parking space at any time. The location is very accessible to both bus and underground transport.
Staffing were considerate
Shower switches not working. Cold shower. Fan unable to use as made dreadful noise. Room by road meant so much noise as windows needed to be open. TV screen so small and far away unable to use except for radio.
It was commutable easy access parking facility
Very good value for money and good service
Very reasonable great location for Central London and car parking an added bonus!
Everything was dates but fantastic value for money and spotlessly clean
Quality of rooms.......very, very, very basic
TINY bathroom-- could hardly move in there
Clean room Helpful staff Restaurant
Room was large, reasonable size ensuite too.
Furniture very old and shabby. Not very clean in places, dirty looking carpet in corridors. Breakfast very limited, staff not very friendly.
very friendly staff..
We felt we got a very good deal here, value for money, great location and friendly staff. All around great hotel
Location for the Hanwell carnival.
Everything !! What an absolutely disgusting 'Hotel'...I have never been in anything so vile in all my life. To begin with the photo's you see on here are not the actual pictures of The Boston manor Hotel, they are of another hotel in the Greenford area (Locals have told me ) The place has been given 3 stars? trust me it isn't worthy of one ! Filth everywhere ! Dirty plates n grime on every surface ! A filthy smell throught the whole place ( Not the pleasent smell of a curry from the takeaway nearby , as said ) I cannot believe , this hovel , is actually advertised on such a fantastic site like Booking.com. I have booked with this company for quite a few year's and never ever had a bad experience .I sincerely hope that this place has slipped through the net and will be removed as soon as my complaint,to Booking .Com is recieved. I was also told by the locals at the Carnival and reunion I was down to visit , That the 'Hotel' is used as as a hostel for various reasons and none of them pleasant ! I felt unsafe and vunerable during the awful 5 hour's I spent in the disgusting room I was moved too after complaining over the first room. I was charged £110 for 2 night's, which I was more than happy to pay for a 3 star hotel with lovely rooms as pictured...what a terribly awful experience.
The shower on the first morning did not work, it just ran cold. However once The staff once made aware they were very apologetic and resolved it for the next evening for me.
