The breakfast was really nice.

The meal was spoilt because the chips were undercooked.

Friendly welcome and efficient check-in/check-out. Clean and decent sized room with ensuite + tea & coffeee making facilities. (I booked a single and was pleased to find a double bed in the room) Plenty of parking space and close to the ferry port of Holyhead. Good breakfast included in room rate

Location was just perfect, right on the edge of breakwater park, and the marina.

Out dated decor, poor staffing levels lead to stressed non-attentive staff, food order mistakes daily, soup of the 'day' same for 3 days at least. Tiniest tempramental tv,

Staff very friendly and efficient service even though they were very busy on the day we arrived. Lovely location on the harbour at quiet end of beach road. Allowed us to leave car for a week while we were in Ireland.

friendly staff food was good good location for birdwatching at South Stack about 15 min. walk to the centre just next to the promenade

I booked a double room for my own, this was alright but I presume that it would be not enough space for two bathroom equipment could be improved overall, nothing really bad

The staff were excellent. The location is really good.

Tiny room at a big price. Tiny televisions. Walls thin and could hear people at both sides and from above. No hair dryer. No toiletries apart from some horrible liquid soap in the shower and the sink. The room smelled a little sweaty and un clean.

when we arrived at the boathouse we were made very welcome the room we had overlooked the marina very nice indeed the food in the boathouse was very very nice good prices very reasonably and very well situated we will be back next year to the boathouse when we have a look around angelsey

The weather

Great view over harbour & good breakfast. Freshly cooked with a range of options. Reasonably close to Anglesey race circuit.

A touch run-down & some rooms cold. Managed to get served in the late evening (after 8:30 pm) but whilst appreciated we might have been better off dining elsewhere.

very strong smell of urine in room due to toilt not been flushed for a long time therefore room hadnt been cleaned properly / television was tiny should be bigger / bathroom in desperate need of update / strange smell in corridors and by reception

staff helpfull, friendly,room was clean,warm,bed was comfatble.the evening meal was well presented and value for money. full english breakfast was in the booking price.overall excelent value.

Totally renovated room including brand new bath room. Well maintained clean hotel. Friendly staff. Good dinner. Lots of parking space. Free wi-fi.

every where you look there are rules in room on doors on walls in bar in reatrant in lobby to much felt like school or east eurapeon block.fines if you go out and forget to leave room key at resepshion .maneger grumpy all other stalf very nice . ketal im room no good as lead cant reach plug soket so you have to put on flore dangerus if you have kids or dog or evan if you kick it over with out shoes awch!!!! evning food prises are a bit steep and basice . we had little dog told over phone no charge and then put 5 pounds on bill ????.dont minde paying but get it right . over all ok and good brake.and yes we wold go back.but i will eat out
