A very comfortable and enjoyable weekend stay. Lovely setting by the river and enjoyed watching the wildlife on the river. Nice breakfast. People smoking on the terrace directly outside our window. No air conditioning. |

The hotel staff were very helpful and the view and the surroundings of the hotel were amazing! The food isn't the best in the hotel - it was cold, our party of 6 got served at different times (4 were nearly finisher their dinner while 2 remained waiting for their food) |

The hotel is always clean and the rooms are lovely. Having the bar and food right next door is also a bonus. |

Helpful, friendly staff. Nice room with a great view over the river. Car parking was available. The room remained quite hot overnight, but opening the window would have let in insects. |

Friendly, good service, relaxing, excellent outlook, excellent restaurant (open 7am to 10 pm with whatever sort of meal you wanted all day - bacon and eggs at 5pm if you wanted!), small boutique style, but not intimidating or overpowering, homely style furnishing, but fresh and new. |

Overall a good experience, and a great location. Very clean and smart room and hotel. Noisy generator outside window was disappointing. Would stay again but would certainly avoid room 109 !!!. A noisy generator outside the window put a dampner on the stay, and awoke my wife and I very early in the morning. Avoid room 109 !!! |

Staff were lovely, in the hotel and particually the restaurant. Room was pleasant and clean. Not luxury and quite jazzy in furnishings but perfectly adequate. The restaurant service is excellent and child friendly, food is good quality and it is very nicely furnished with lovely river outlook. We had two rooms, one river side and one road side. The river side room was quiet and cooler, while the road side room had obviously road noise but also a gently hum from the air conditioning or fridge unit I'm not sure which. As I am a very light sleeper, I did not sleep much unfortunatly which did spoil slightly what would have been a very pleasurable experience. |

Offering use of its impressive leisure facilities, the Copthorne Slough Windsor is less than 3 km from historical Windsor. Package deals to local attractions are available. |
Lakeside Continental Hotel was the last hotel opened in the collection of our contemporary 3* hotels on the 2nd of June 2001. |
