Breakfast Table space to work on Lift 1 Helpful receptionist who provided detailed directions to my venue
Scuffed and marked table top Unclean kitchenette sink work surface and utensils. So off putting didn't use coffee/tea making . Temperamental shower scalding hot difficult to regulate. Broken shower and sink taps . Ingrained scale in toilet .Marble floor bathroom and kitchenette area was not swept . No bedside light .
I like this hotel location that I can walk to Earl's court tube and West brompton railway station
Their beds quite soft and uncomfortable.
Location was ideal not just for my use of Earls Court Exhibition Centre but tube lines either end of the street allowing access into London with ease
Undergoing renovation so only to be expected at present time that all is not as it should be but still acceptable.
Rooms were cleaned, Breakfast was Ok, Wifi access was perfect, Location is perfect
Receptionists were not friendly at all except for one, I don't know his name, but he was the only one being very helpful, infact he helped in booking a taxi from the hotel to the airport. When the room was cleaned in the morning, it was not locked again and we found it open when returned back. Water was not constant, sometimes it gets very hot and other very cold suddenly
we only stayed one night but would stay here again. it is close enough to get into and out of the main part of London for sight seeing having two stations with in a 2 minute walk. Staff were great and helpful and you get more than normal for your money
it would be wrong to say there were any bad things to report as there was building work going on. It is not a 4 star needs double glazing and that's about it unless you want a 4 star hotel for a 2 star price. I would say this is a 3 star
staff and breakfest were great
The staff were really lovely and helpful. The breakfast was traditional and cooked well. We had a small room that the girls loved as it was quarky. The location was fab. I think the hotel maybe under a refurb programme, it's a little tired but that didn't affect our stay. Our room was comfy and clean. It's a budget hotel in the centre of London. The staff were excellent, the room had en suite and was clean, the breakfast set us up for the day. We had a great time.
I liked everything really but I guess the decor is a little tired
I like the location, the room the kitchenette and the shower
some of the staff are very very helpful, some don't care very much.
Poor in cleaning rooms..only once every 4 days they clean the rooms. Discussed with the receptionest from mongolia..He insisted to clean the rom after staying 4 days!!!.noisy and poor building inside. Breakfast is very poor and not organised.beds are not comfortable and toilets leake water. Nobothering about guest comfort . Will not go there again and I may loose the trust with Booking .com although I am using your web site booking more than 15 years and I frequently travel through you. I feel bad
English breakfast, en suite toilet and shower, kitchenette.
Cleanliness of toilet pan.
Cooked breakfast and en suite toilet. Friendly staff.
Decoration a bit tired. Toilet pan needed a good clean.
I liked this hotel only because is near to Heatrow Airport and near to the center of london. Also good breakfast and the room has fridge
The foreign staff was not friendly and not welcome. Also my toilet seat was dirty and dusty I had to clean it up myself with boiled water and tissues. It is very important to have a clean toilet for your health. I paid 165 pounds for 3 days it wasn't worth it at all.I could find a much better hotel in this area with these money
Excellent for earls court venue
Rooms really do need a revamp
Position of hotel
Smell of smoke Mattress had springs sticking out. Poor nights sleep.
Location,.The Boka Hotel is very handy for Earls Court or West Brompton tube stations. The staff I spoke to seemed friendly enough.
My room was cold and the portable electric heater had no plug on it.The light didn't work in the bathroom, which had a primitive shower. The breakfast room had garish strip lighting and the only cereal on offer was corn flakes as far as I know. Not great.
Full English breakfast, great location. Perfect for people who need only to spend several days in London.
Cold in the bathroom.
We were group of 4 and we liked very much our staying at boka hotel. Location is just perfect. Staff was helpful, nice breakfast.
Excellant staff, good breakfast, tube to where i wanted to visit was less than 5mins away, nice gesture by the staff for my sister in laws birthday.
No shower curtain, could do with a lick of paint but otherwise a pleasant stay,
I did not like anything about this hotel
I had booked a room for two nights, on arrival it was obvious that alot of work was going on, I was given my room key which was on the second floor, from reception up to my room various building work had been started but nothing seemed completed, it was scruffy. My room was in fact two rooms separated by a door, this had four beds in it, it was very cold and there was a small electric heater in the room, everything was very tired and old. I really did not want to stay here but it was the end of a long day, I wanted to catch up with emails but there was no Wi Fi despite it being shown in the details, the television also had no signal so that could not be viewed, I went to the bathroom, the toilet seat was very loose and I also noticed that the shower support was broken, I turned on the hot bath tap which would only move a small amount, this meant that only a dribble of hot water came out, even mixed with cold it would not be enough pressure to make the shower work, I had to stand in the bath and wash under the running water. I was pleased to leave the room and go for dinner, on my return I got into a bed and immediately noticed a strong smell of cigarettes on the pillow case, I checked the other beds and they all stank, I also noticed that there was an ashtray in the room,I can only presume that the hotel allows people to smoke in the building, it was too late to leave and I did stay the night. I looked at cancelling that evening but the cancellation cost was a ridiculous £60, I left the next morning and will never return to this hotel, I stay at hotels every week and have done so over the last twenty years and this has been the worst accommodation I have ever seen, if you have to book here then go and look at the hotel and room first, I wish that I had.
Good location, nice and comfortable beds. English beakfast. Elevator.New towels when needed.
Extremly thin walls, you could listen to your neighbours phone conversations and snoring. Not too clean in the corners, lots of dust on the lamp, lake of bulbs.
I have stayed here several times and it is really very good. Clean and comfortable with a decent breakfast. Close to Earls Court Tube station - less than a 5 minute walk. Also the fridge and microwave in the room is very welcome.
not much not to like.
Everything I even told the staff I want half of my money back when i was checking out of all the hotels i have stayed this was a night mare
The only good thing was the proximity to earl's court underground.
The rooms we were in were on the basement, next to breakfast room. The noise started from 6.30 in the morning. Breakfast was typical english breakfast but if you don't want eggs and bacon you didn' t have much choises.... not good value for money
location within central london
very tired hotel
Excellent value for money. Location spot on. Room facilities very good (Microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge). Paid for single room but ended up in much better room at no extra cost. Staff friendly and helpful.
Just in need of a bit of TLC and some redecoration, although it did look like this may already be in progress. Some soft furnishings would make the rooms and corridors quieter and echo less.
