Nice location, helpful staff. Very quiet room.

Room is a bit small, yet acceptable since it locates in London.

Front desk staff very friendly and helpful.

Pretty much everything. Very tatty, worn and tired. Breakfast - no choice, greasy fried breakfast, bad luck if you are a veggie.

Great value for money - the breakfast included was excellent ! Was close to tube and easy to get to the sites. Overall a pleasant stay. The room was a great size and the facilities were very clean and tidy. Was happy how with the how the room was presented - well done!

the wooden floors - i could hear upstairs and the shower handle had no holder. My TV had no remote so the subtitles were permanently on.

Location was good for the Royal Albert Hall, quiet location. Very good for travelling on the underground only 2 mins from Earls Court station.

The room we stayed in did not resemble any of the photos - Room 113. Bed comfortable, room very basic - no chairs to sit on. No wardrobe/cupboard space only hangers on hooks. To call it modern en-suite was a stretch of the imagination !! Would not be a room to come back and relax in. You get what you pay for.

Very friendly comforatble place is getting an uplift at the moment my 5th stay anyone wanting cheap stay in london will not go far wrong with the boka it is a stones throw from earls court station and exhibition centre lots of shops/bars nearby.

Heating didnt work in the room (but we did get an electric heater after asked for which is positive as problem solving). Too small shower cabin.

Window didn't close properly and room was cold. Doors have windows on them, so there's constant light in the room. Walls are wafer thin.

I like the idea of having a microwave and iron in the room. This allowed me to buy precooked meals and microwave them and also do my ironing.

I did not like the internet facility, the fact that it was not available in the room. The dining environment was in poor shape and the meal itself very greasy.

The first night in the room was very cold. The second day we asked for a radiator and the temperature was OK after that. Poor water pressure in the shower

Mold in bathroom, light outside our room shone through window above door. English breakfast was free but on the small side. What is with the toast? Thin walls and floors you could hear everybody.

The hotel was handy for Earls Court and the tube station was only 2 minutes away. I got a day travel tube ticket so it didnt matter that we were not in the centre.The hotel was clean but a little care worn. They were refurbishing the first floor but this was not a problem as they finished early.The room was clean and the kitchenette a real asset. The bathroom was small but clean. We had a room on the back of the hotel 208 and it was very quiet. The breakfast was cornflakes, fruit juice as much tea and coffee as you wanted and a full cooked breakfast (an egg slice of thick bacon sausage and beans with toast). I paid £75 for 2 adults for 1 night.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel is excellent value for money, we are already planning next years trip and will be staying at Boka Hotel, we have already recommended this hotel to others

It was near where we wanted to explore. The hotel was undergoing renovations, so things were a bit messy, but the end result should be pleasing. The bath tub was of a good size and everything worked in the room.

Great location near the centre of London and real value for money for a business trip

Location, value for money, kitchen corner, sleeping space enough for 2 adults and 3 kids in family room.

We were 5 in family room, very little space in room apart of beds, can hear everything from other rooms, poor food selection on breakfast (english breakfast - egg, ham , beans, and disgusting sausage), 1 kind of cereals, milk, tea and coffee and some drink pretending to be orange). But all in all given the price it was a good option for us.

Nothing - the hotel was a building site, filthy and unsafe - it was not fit to stay in

Everything - the location is the only plus
