Bed was really comfy and breakfast was excellent.
Bathroom was a bit dated and smelt a bit damp
Staff were really good. Breakfast one of the best if you had it included in your booking.
Paying for WiFi most other hotel groups give it free. Seems a bit Ryan Air to me.
Most of the staff are very nice especially an elderly lady at the reception. She was fantastic
I was asked what time I would check in on the website but I was shocked when I got there and the room wasn't ready. I got there early though but I expected a better treatment than being left in the cold, very cold seat at the reception. Thank God for the compassionate elderly lady at the reception.
Location staff were friendly and helpful
I booked a double but got two squeaky twin beds. The noise from the road was bad. I could here everything for a holiday inn I would have expected better quality double glazing The cost of the hotel was too expensive for the facilities provided. The hotel facilities especially the gym is in serious need of an upgrade. I have stayed in many holiday inns over the years with this being the most dated
Breakfast was amazing, very tasty. Customer service was excellent. We were ushered in by Rita and she was very polite, and professional. I have been to many hotels and have had breakfast many times but this experience was the best.
Staff helpfulness Comfortable bed Good breakfast with fried bread Well designed working area, power points and chair Sky News on TV Instant hot water and good strength shower
Spaces too tight in underground car park - need slightly wider Towels old and small (for the larger man)
lovely hotel.friendly helpful staff.lovely room.
car parking Swimming pool friendly staff
charging for wifi
Very helpful and friendly staff. Clean and comfortable. Would come again.
Underground car park a little awkward when spaces are limited
Being able to smoke in my room, not many places offer this.
Asked for a nice view, basically got a wall for a view. Shower curtain had stains at the bottom. Wardrobe and set of draws wouldn't close properly. Had to open parking gate myself in the morning.
Staff tried best to cope with too many guests.Ran out cups ,bowls, tea bags and worst of all, sausages.
His disabilty was taken care of with great consideration. Parking, access to all amenitites was first class.
The room,service & food
Underground parking gets full then you have to park upstairs!!!
I liked all the hotel
excellent staff, nice clean and modern hotel , good bed
Paid wifi in this age is a complete deal breaker, fortunately for the hotel weather was too bad for us to look for other hotels
I had no choice but to park my car at the local public park in front of the hotel. And I was handed a parking fine of 60 Pounds.
In room 410 sat /night all night long bussing from what I think, was the air conditioning kept me awake must ofthetime
Had all the amenities you would expect. Comfy bed well worth having the king size bed.
Room was hot despite turning air con down.
Good location central to everything
Breakfast could be improved very expensive
Staff were friendly and efficient and the food was good, if a bit pricey.
I was asked whether I preferred two singles or a double. Being well over six feet tall and 15 st, single beds are very uncomfortable, so I asked for a double room with a double bed. They gave me a single bed on which I spent an uncomfortable night.
On site parking, good breakfast, quiet comfortable room.
The underground car park is very tight for a large car but the outdoor one is good.
I stay at the holiday inn quite a lot as well as through work however after this experience I will be reviewing my options. The room was very noisey and the staff gave me a breakfast voucher even though I didn't want it and then charged me
This is a great hotel in a great location. The room was clean and the car park facility was definitely a PLUS ! The breakfast self serve was also wonderful
Having to pay for internet access !! For a hotel that caters to business folks this was a major MINUS .. and the cost for a 24 hour wifi pass was excessive as far as I'm concerned ... Real shame!
