The bed was painful - the most uncomfortable I've slept in my entire life! It wouldn't be acceptable in a prison. When I phoned to complain and ask for a refund the manager agrressively threatened to call the police for blackmail, so he's a nasty piece of work.

The staff were very friendly, especially one person (who I didnt get his name) think he may have been the owner, he changed our room twice, as he thought it would be nicer for us, and he was so caring. Breakfast was fab, and so close to the town centre.

The staff were great & really helpful but the rooms particularly the bathrooms need refurbishing & renewing. They were possibly the worst I have seen in any hotel for many many years.

Friendly staff, nice location, affordable price I didn't know it was a stag do / hen do hotel. It wasn't actually a problem, but my husband and I felt like outsiders. I'd also like to point out that I wouldn't have purchased the breakfast if I knew it was only from 8am to 9:30am - way too early! The wifi doesn't really exist - at least in the room we stayed in (24) - the computer, mobile and iPad couldn't even find the network. And last but not least, the shower cubicle is filthy - a lot, I mean, a lot of mildew. Please scrub that!!!!

Good value hotel in an excellent location for visiting bic, beach & shops. Staff were very welcoming & friendly. Car parking was limited & quite tightly packed. Breakfast was lovely! Bar open til late for guests only. Overall a very good stay & would definitely stay there again! Not much space in the bathroom. Unfortunately (not the fault of the hotel) some of the other guests were very noisy!

The hotel was great, people were lovely and helpful! Breakfast was good and hotel overall good value for money. Would definitely stay again. Excellent location for town and the beach but far enough away to not be on top of it. Loved staying here. Thought the room could have been a little updated. Plugs were in strange places so had to boil the kettle on the floor. But I believe the hotel is undergoing a bit of a refurb shortly.

The whole weekend was absolutely amazing! The hotel is the best hotel iv ever stayed in. They catered to our every need and althought it was only cheap and cheerful there was nothing more we could of asked for. The location was perfect as it was a 5 minute walk from the town centre so we never had to go far to shop, eat or go out at night! Would 100% recommend this hotel for anyone going to bournemouth for a girls or boys weekend, the staff were lovely too and helped us out by telling us the good places to go! I cant wait to go back there!!!

Location was ideal and hotel was basic but clean and comfortable. Management and staff were very helpful and friendly. A great value, clean and comfortable hotel. I would recommend this hotel and would visit again in the future. Rooms were a little on the small side and could do with a bit of decorating and modernising.

The location was great, the hotel owner was really helpful and nothing was too much trouble, we had a really nice stay The shower was not very powerful but we solved that problem by having a bath, hot water is extremely hot so be careful!!!! The room we had was a triple and to say it was snug is a bit of an understatement but for the two nights we were there and for the really cheap price we paid then it wasnt a problem. It does what it says on the tin and is good value for money
