είναι σε πολύ κεντρικό σημείο του Λονδίνου με πολλαπλή εξυπηρέτηση μέσων συγκοινωνίας. εχει πολύ φθηνό bar Τα δωμάτια του είναι εκπληκτικά μικρά |

Το προσωπικό ήταν πρόθυμο να εξυπηρετήσει και να μας βοηθήσει σε τυχόν πληροφορίες για την πόλη και τα μέσα μεταφοράς.Το πρωινό είχε ποικιλία αρκετή. Τα ισόγεια δωμάτια, σε ένα απο τα οποία μείναμε, έχουν ανάγκη απο ηχομόνωση.Οι παροχές του δωματίου μπορούν να ενισχυθούν, π.χ. με καλλυντικά για το μπάνιο. |

Κεντρικο.Οπως θα επρεπε να ειναι. Το αρχικο δωματιο που μας εδωσαν, παρα ηταν μικρο και χρειαστηκε αναβαθμιση.Δεν θα επρεπε.Αυτο αλλαζει τα δεδομενα.Τα ειδη υγιεινης στο μπανιο περιορισμενα. |

the room was comfy, was too hot on the first night, when air con was sorted it was fine. shower was a bit odd, kept spraying on the floor, which made the floor slippy! |

The convenience of location and proximity to the underground. There was a distinct knocking/tapping noise in the wall behind the television which caused me to have an unsatisfactory night's sleep during the first night of my 3 night stay (twin room accomdtn).When I discussed this problem with reception staff I was offered another room for the remainder of my stay. The room was very quiet but it was also much smaller in size. |

The location. It was a decent hotel, nothing special but nothing bad too. The staff should be more aware about what is going on around the hotel. E.g. the reception could not advise me as of which bus goes to St. Pancras Intl Station. |

Quick check in / check out, polite staff, clean room. Extremely noisy in rooms at the front of hotel, virtually no sound proofing from street noise. I have stayed at the rear of the hotel previously and it is much better. |

We loved the location within easy reach of Holborn and Russell Square Tube Stations. The hotel offered clean, contemporary and comfortable rooms with friendly staff and it is within easy walking distance of West End shops and entertainment. |

The hotel is comfortable, it's location, near major hospitals, museum's and shopping is perfect. The apartments are an excellent facility, with the comfort of serviced apartments and the services of an hotel at the same time. Fantastic idea. |

The room where we stayed was big and clean. The bed was too short. I am 1.73 meter and my feet were almost over the end.. My partner is 1.90 meter.. so it was not very comfortable. The room was at the street side. There came a lot of noice from the traffic into the room. |
