The staff were very helpful, The Breakfast was superb and the rooms were very clean. The rooms next to the road were very noisy so if you are going to stay there ask for a room at back of hotel. |

Easily accessible from Euston railway station. Quicker to walk than take a taxi and get snarled up in the traffic! Staff were very helpful and polite. Hotel with steady walking distance of west end and shopping areas. |

The position of the hotel is excellent, being on a main bus route and near two underground stations. |

This was the best room that we've stayed in at a hotel in London and was very convenient. The buffet breakfast was rather disappointing. |

The hotel was clean, and in a very good location. the bed was really short? Im 6ft 1inch and my legs were a foot of the bed, it was like it was meant for a very small person. |

Central location. Quite area of the town and if you get a room towards the back of the hotel it was excellent. We had an upgraded room and this was very nice. Breakfast was pleasant. We did get a good deal, otherwise it would have been a little bit pricey. |

The convenience of location and proximity to the underground. There was a distinct knocking/tapping noise in the wall behind the television which caused me to have an unsatisfactory night's sleep during the first night of my 3 night stay (twin room accomdtn). When I discussed this problem with reception staff I was offered another room for the remainder of my stay. The room was very quiet but it was also much smaller in size. |

Friendliness and kindness of staff, their prompt intervention (within minutes) when our bathroom was flooded. We have stayed four times at this hotel and will certainly come back. |

The location. It was a decent hotel, nothing special but nothing bad too. The staff should be more aware about what is going on around the hotel. E.g. the reception could not advise me as of which bus goes to St. Pancras Intl Station. |

Quick check in / check out, polite staff, clean room. Extremely noisy in rooms at the front of hotel, virtually no sound proofing from street noise. I have stayed at the rear of the hotel previously and it is much better. |

The hotel was very comfortable and its proximity to atractions, services and transport was excellent. My wife and I had a most enjoyable time at the hotel and in London. |

The staff were all very accomodating even though we arrived earlier than expected. No hassle just checked into our rooms and that was great after a journey. Maybe a little noisy if you have a room near to lifts but apart from that very good. |

Staff were friendly and the room was clean, location was good not too far from Holborn tube station and 10 mins. walk from Oxford St. Tottenham Court Rd. area. The TV in the room stopped and started, the room itself was not very big and the shower door had no seal on the bottom, so the whole floor and anything on it got soaked. I had food in the restaurant which wasn't that nice but was fine. |

We were upgraded and our room was great - spacious, clean and modern with a huge comfy bed - and quiet. Breakfast was good too. |
