We had a very good stay at the hotel, if only for one night as it was a birthday treat with dinner and a show. Lovely breakfast in the morning, would defferently stay here again if we come up to London. My only complaint, no fault of the hotel, was being woken up by inconsiderate people walking along the corridor talking very loudly at 2 30 am. |

Location, good for tube and West End. Ordered 2 breakfast to be delivered to our room, however, only one arrived, rang both Reception and Room service but got no reply the first time, the second time we got an answer phone, but no one called back. However, still charged for 2 breakfasts, as apparently we had a special deal. Not Happy, Bad pr!! |

Location and convenience. Was disgusted at the fact that £60 was added to my bill for "services". I was told that this amount would be refunded after I had returned home. This seems like an interest free loan and I do not like the idea of this being added to the bill. Having traveled widely I have never had this addition to a hotel bill before. Is the Park Inn accostumed to having guests "skip out" on paying? |

On the first morning we were woken at 0800 by somebody using a lump hammer and cold chisel in the room below ours. I spoke to reception and they arranged for us to have another room as well as moving our luggage while we were out. The new 'room' was a small suite! This far exceeded our expectations. Another room on the same floor or even just getting the work put off until a little later would have sufficed. Thank you. |

Comfortable bed, large bathroom, all the facilities one would need for a city/shopping break Very slow check-in, unfriendly staff - my friend had a problem with her room and although the staff member changed the room for her, they were extremely rude about it. I felt this was not neccessary considering the expensive rates of the hotel. |

Good location. It was walking distance to the British Museum. Basic but clean rooms. No view from the window, rather dull rooms. The card key kept malfunctioning and we had to go to the reception several times to get it fixed - not ideal when you are tired and want to hit the bed. Ridiculously expensive wifi charge. Cleaning staff didn't replace towels and cups until we asked them to on our 2nd day. |

The location of the hotel was excellent. Wanted double room, got twin. Had to pay extra if we wanted to upgrade to executive double (we didn't). Kettle didn't work unless you held button down during boil. Bar staff were polite but slow. There was no supply of any draught beer (except Fosters) for 2 nights. Bar shut at approx 11pm on Sunday night! |

Excellent breakfast, comfortable room. Good walking access to Covent Garden, especially as the tube was disrupted due to the current weekend workings. |

Location is okay, easy to get tube( at Holborn there is 2 major lines that I often use). The sound-proof of the windows really need to be improve, too noisy at night time. |

The hotel's location is excellent, 3/4 mins walk from both Holborn and Russell Square tube stations which are both only a couple of stops away from Leicester Square. The rooms are clean and modern, and the breakfast each morning had a wide variety to choose from. The concierge was both knowledgable and helpfull. The overall package didn't reflect the cost. The rooms were small, at times noisy. On Sat morning the hot water for the shower was only luke warm. The bar doesn't have a wide range of beers as stated, in fact just 2 on draught, plus Strongbow. The bar also has no atmosphere, and needs a bit of a revamp to soften it up. |
