Sijainti on hyvä. Henkilökunta avuliasta ja joustavaa. Hotelliin asennettiin juuri uusi WI-FI yhteys, jolloin myös sen käytöstä tullaan perimään maksu, 15 puntaa/vrk tai 5 puntaa/h. 1) Hinta on kohtuuton 2) Onko maksu varsinkaan yleisissä tiloissa tarpeellinen? |

The staff were all good, the concierge was excellent. The bed was very comfortable. The location was perfect for access to the theatre and shopping areas. Payment was an issue as they deduct the funds from your account when you check-in, and again when you check-out rather than using the reserved funds which caused my card to be declined which was highly embaressing as I knew there was enough money in there for the price of the room and the meal. |
