Poor experience - really had to change rooms. Electricity kept going...a complete nightmare!
Confusion on bar staff knowledge. Having to be asked to confirm all transactions at bar and restaurant ie always having to query booking to room of food and drink. We found this embarrassing after giving details of card on arrival even though we have a honours card.
friendly staff rich breakfast very clean room great location
Great breakfast, friendly helpfull staff, great location
Room windows were on main road which was quite noisy when trying to sleep
The people from counter don't know nothing about the facilities of the hotel or even for give directions The bed was terrible room executive number 151
Staff were courteous, rooms were close to each other. Breakfast had excellent choices
Small rooms, very tired decoration, Very expensive breakfast. For some reason the travel cot was placed in the smaller room so we had to change it over.
The breakfast in the restaurant was awesome. The problem with my shower was finally sorted and they discounted by bill by 20%.
Not soundproof, could hear people banging doors. When l had a shower, the bathroom floor flooded. I rang reception to get this sorted, no one came until l went downstairs to complain the second time, as it was dangerous with the water on the floor.
Room was clean. Breakfast had a great choice.
We were by the lift and there were noisy guests but not a major issue.
-noisy elevator -paid cash for 8 days, but still required deposit -shower was not fully covered, so water splashes aroud -breakfast was same everyday, there were no olives which i think a must. -room was too small and no view, not worth for that much money
the location was perfect and the staff very helpfull.rooms were perfect
first room we was given had a problem with the toilet but the staff worked wonders and moved us stright away.
Small cold room, noisy, lacking the advertised equipment (robes and slippers). I asked for the heating to be check on the first day due to room being very cold, no action visible. Workers making excessive noise early morning on the second day. Cold breakfast.
Room was too small The fact we had to pay for Wifi We were not asked by the staff if we enjoyed our stay when we checked out.
Charged twice for room
Small room. Small bath and pay for wi fi. Vastly overpriced
Staff and management were decisive in solving my problem promptly, my thany to them all.
Facilities, such bathroom, require more attention for better comfortability and safety, slippy floor.
location of Hotel is pretty good for Oxford street shopping & Covent Garden .
The Hotels service charge was far to high.
Overall the hotel was modern, clean and friendly helpful staff.
The only down point was the room size, a small double with en suite facilities, absolutely fine for a nights stay.
The front desk staff were excellent. I liked their professionalism. They didn't promise what they could not fulfill.
The room cleaning service. The rooms looked untidy even after they claim to have cleaned it. They always claimed toiletries ran out and they were expecting supplies.
Location / Lounge and Breakfast area
Small Bedroom and smelly bathroom. Mentioned Bathroom on check-out but the Guy was not that interested.....
The location !
The man who checked us in confirmed that the reservation had to be paid for and I found myself having to explain that the funds had already been debited from my account within a few days of booking our stay but he insisted they had not and then proceeded to tell me that he would need my card that I booked with as he had to reserve £50.00 !!!!!! he went on to assure me £50.00 would not be debited it was just in case we wanted a drink.. I found this very very strange. The bathroom was dirty and the floor was also.
Great location Nice rooms Clean Great breakfast with a lots of selections Big plus for vegetarian sausage on breakfast Modern hotel
Concierge not so nice Confused receptionist on arrival (but he was labeled Trainee, so OK) No free wi-fi
Breakfast, TV, Cleanliness, Conceirge service.
Price, Size of room.
Clean, friendly, good position to everything we wanted
Nothing comes to mind
Given wrong room, then given upgrade to executive room which was dark, cold and extremely noisy. Breakfast greasy and cold! Staff not too helpful either. Keys to rooms switched off long before check out time with cleaning staff knocking on the doors early!
