前回利用させて頂きとてもよかったので今回も利用させていただいたのですが、部屋は清潔で居心地のよい空間- でよかったのですが今回は以前の部屋とは違い、もの凄く暑かったので海外にも関わらずドアと窓を開けていな- ければならない程でした。 エアコン完備という事だったので滞在したのですが部屋に設置されたエアコンは１９度が最低でそれでもなかな- か涼しくならず、バスルームからの換気がかなり熱くそれだけが不満でした。部屋が涼しければ本当に快適なホ- テルだと思います。 |

部屋が変更になっていたので、同僚もそうなのか、受付の女性に確認を求めたりしていたが、もううんざり、と- いった表情と態度を見せた。あれがお客に対する態度か。 インターネットへのsubmit（24時間で15ポンド）を、誤って3回繰り返してしまった。請求書を見た- ら、やはり3回分が同じ日に請求されていた。同じ時刻に同じ部屋で24時間の契約を複数する必要はないこと- は明らかなのに、システムはそれを許している。これは、顧客の操作ミスに乗じて必要以上に搾取することを期- 待している、と判断されても当然ではないか。改善をすべし。 |

申し込みの際、エキストラベットをリクエストしていたが入ってなかった。どうみても入らない狭い部屋に通さ- れたので部屋を変えてもらったがスタッフの対応が不愉快だった。スタッフ間の連携が取れていないように思う- 。最初に通された部屋はトイレが流されていなかった。部屋によって広さにばらつきがあるようだ。こちらのサ- イトでチェックアウトは１２時だったが実際は１１時だった。 |

今回ビジネスで使用。いつもは、同地区のHOLYDAYINN利用。コスト削減のため今回PARKINN利- 用。シングルの部屋の狭さは驚くほど狭かったが、朝食と清潔感、部屋の設備の充実は海外では良くできてるほ- うだとおもう。価格に比べたら充分お勧めできるホテルと思う。横にコンビニあり。 部屋の狭さ。（LONDONでは当たり前かも知れないが、、、）。 |

大英博物館、地下鉄の駅、スーパー、レストランなど、ほぼ徒歩圏内で便利だった。ホテル内も部屋も清潔で満- 足でした。ホテルのスタッフも親切でした。 コンセントのプラグがＵＫ式でマルチのプラグを持参したほうが良い。 |

ロンドンの中心部でこの価格と価値のバランスはすばらしい。大英博物館にも地下鉄駅にも徒歩すぐ。部屋はせ- まいが清潔で問題なし。フロントのスタッフも融通がきいてよかった。日本のきれいなビジネスホテルという感- 覚で泊まるとしっくりくると思います。 Value for Costを考えるとない。 |

改装されていてなかなか快適でした。外観よりはずっとモダンな内装でした。 室内にソファーベッドがあるのに、それよりもずっと寝心地の悪いRollawayベッドを用意しているのは- 何故でしょう？子供ならともかくあのRollawayベッドは快適に眠れません。 |

場所も良く夜も静かでベッドも快適。何より清潔でした。また紅茶、コーヒーのサービスも有り難かったです。- ただ２人でスーツケースを床に広げる場所がありませんでした。もう少し広ければ・・・ |

エントランス、部屋ともモダンで綺麗でした。クラシックなホテルを求めなければ、ロケーションも良いホテル- です。 ワイヤレスインターネットが無料でないところが残念。 |

the room was comfy, was too hot on the first night, when air con was sorted it was fine. shower was a bit odd, kept spraying on the floor, which made the floor slippy! |

The convenience of location and proximity to the underground. There was a distinct knocking/tapping noise in the wall behind the television which caused me to have an unsatisfactory night's sleep during the first night of my 3 night stay (twin room accomdtn).When I discussed this problem with reception staff I was offered another room for the remainder of my stay. The room was very quiet but it was also much smaller in size. |

The location. It was a decent hotel, nothing special but nothing bad too. The staff should be more aware about what is going on around the hotel. E.g. the reception could not advise me as of which bus goes to St. Pancras Intl Station. |

Quick check in / check out, polite staff, clean room. Extremely noisy in rooms at the front of hotel, virtually no sound proofing from street noise. I have stayed at the rear of the hotel previously and it is much better. |

We loved the location within easy reach of Holborn and Russell Square Tube Stations. The hotel offered clean, contemporary and comfortable rooms with friendly staff and it is within easy walking distance of West End shops and entertainment. |

The hotel is comfortable, it's location, near major hospitals, museum's and shopping is perfect. The apartments are an excellent facility, with the comfort of serviced apartments and the services of an hotel at the same time. Fantastic idea. |

The room where we stayed was big and clean. The bed was too short. I am 1.73 meter and my feet were almost over the end.. My partner is 1.90 meter.. so it was not very comfortable. The room was at the street side. There came a lot of noice from the traffic into the room. |
