Park Inn London Russell Square

Приятный персонал, были заселены сразу по прибытии, несмотря на то, что до времени заселения оставалось еще 3-4 часа. Хорошее расположение отеля, две станции метро поблизости, оживленная улица. Британский музей в непосредственной близости от отеля. 15 минут пешком до Ковент Гарден и Лестер-сквер.

Отрегулировать систему кондиционирования или дать возможность нормально открываться окнам. Кондиционер работал только в теплом режиме, в марте было душновато в номере, а окна можно было только слегка приоткрыть.

the room was comfy, was too hot on the first night, when air con was sorted it was fine.

shower was a bit odd, kept spraying on the floor, which made the floor slippy!

The location. It was a decent hotel, nothing special but nothing bad too.

The staff should be more aware about what is going on around the hotel. E.g. the reception could not advise me as of which bus goes to St. Pancras Intl Station.

We loved the location within easy reach of Holborn and Russell Square Tube Stations. The hotel offered clean, contemporary and comfortable rooms with friendly staff and it is within easy walking distance of West End shops and entertainment.

Bedroom at front so was very noisy with street traffic all night

We were more than happy with the location, facilities and the room. It was a very pleasant experience in all respects.

The Hotel entrance ie The pvc signage I felt very cheap & left me very apprehensive before I entered the lobby .

The location was great for getting to all of the areas we wanted to see. There was a lot of choice for the self service breakfast. The room was comfortable an clean. Friendly staff. From Waterloo there are direct buses which make lugging cases to and from the hotel much easier than carrying them on the tube.

I booked a twin executive room which had more facitilties that the basic twin room but I was given a basic room which although was bright, clean and airey was not what I had paid for. When I contacted reception form the room I was told that I had been given the correct room. I challenged this ans was told they would get back to me in 15 minutes. An hour later I went to reception and complained again, I was then given the bigger quiet room I had requested and paid for. Had I not been confident enough to complain twice then I would have paid a lot more for a basic room than I should have done. Reception staff were courteous and friendly .
