Helpful staff, attractive clean room with sea view, flat screen tv, tea/coffee making facilities, heated towel rail and powerful shower. Thought it was really good value and would use again. |

The staff were lovely, the room was clean and the hotel is in a good location for the seafront. The walls seem to be made of paper - I was kept awake for most of the night by other guests televisions, by them talking, walking about etc. |

Very nice atmosphere and a friendly welcome. Staff were good, room was nice, clean and comfortable. Well worth considering if staying in Brighton and you wqant to be central. |

the ambiance of all staff especially reception and breakfast staff. We only stayed one night, but in future will stay more.the access from the station and closeness to the theatre,were excellent. none what so ever,the only thing was not having a sea view.but next time would request it. |

Location was great and the included breakfast was excellent. Guests should be aware that if they return to the hotel with friends only the number of people staying in the room will be allowed in to the hotel. There is no forewarning and it can be confusing when a bouncer stops you from entering your hotel. |

Bar staff very friendly and had a great laugh with them. Receptionists all lovely and very helpful except the first lady we encountered. our room (on 5th floor) was badly in need of decoration - other rooms were really nice but ours was a bit rubbish and not worth the money - it was like a budget hotel room. |

Chose hotel due to its close proximity to Brighton Centre. Staff were expecting us and room was ready. Breakfast was very nice when it arrived. Room was very small and dark overlooking internal courtyard so OK for just one night. Had to wait 30 mins before our breakfast order was taken. A buffet selection for cereal/juice etc would have been better. |

I love the location of the hotel for shops, Brighton Centre and seafront The tables at breakfast are a bit too small. My friend and I were juggling plates, cups, glasses etc |

The room was comfortable and the location convenient for trips to the countryside. The check in was easy and the check in staff very helpful. The location is extremely noisy, particularly between midnight and 2am. Also, we found the wait staff in the cafe very slow and had to remind them to bring toast. |

The hotel was as advertised. There is a club next door that attracts swarms of young people. Very noisy (yelling obscenities etc.) young people until 430 am on the Friday night and until 230 am on the Thursday. I don't know if this is an everyday occurrence. |

Staff were very friendly and helpful, and supplied a heater within 3 minutes of me reporting that my room was a little cold. The receptionist Tara deserves a special mention - so cheerful and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable, the bathroom was great - bright and felt brand new. Even better, the towel was a proper bath sheet, not a tiny handtowel. The location was excellent - very central and easy to find, with wonderful sea views in the morning from the cafe. Our tariff included breakfast which was generously proportioned and served quickly. My room was a little cold, but this problem was immediately resolved when I mentioned it. |

Excellent reception staff, comfortable room, good breakfast, excellent location for sea front,town and The Lanes. Coffee/ tea limited to one cup included with breakfast, also only one slice of toast per person. |
