The staff were very accomodating. We had a problem with the tv and it was immediately fixed. Great friendly owner and staff.
Wud of prefered a shower and thicker pillows but in no way spoilt our stay.
Great host, very friendly and accomidating, we arrived much later than planned but it wasnt a problem. Other staff just as friendly and polite.Hotel clean and tidy and bed very comfortable. In a great location for us.
Only negative was room next to breakfast serving room and was noisy, not a major problem for us as already awake and getting up.
As a single mum staying with my 3yr old we had a great time. Staff treated is like royalty. The room was fit for princesses as my little girl kept calling it our princess room. It was clean comfortable spoilt for choice at breakfast and was lovely. Staff looked after us both. Would love to stay here again.
Parking is shocking
Room had view of sea, lovely antique furniture, big telly, nice breakfast, honesty bar was a nice touch. Keith was friendly and helpful.
Shower head came off and hit me in the face when I turned it on. Great water pressure mind you!
Great choice of breakfast quite at night yet a great location 2 minutes to the sea front. Attached restaurant amazing well worth going to great food and value for money.
Lack of parking
Keith and his staff are very friendly and work so hard. we had room 6 which was perfect for us. Breakfast was truely amazing a big thumbs up from us!!!
Having to check out and go home on the Sunday :( But we will be back :)
Comfortable bed clean sheets and towels. Great welcome but no one to say goodbye. Breakfast was hot and great service no fresh fruit available and choice of juices. Room nice but tired needs freshening up with more care in the cleaning department. Parking on the road was not an issue.
No one said goodbye all in kitchen would have been a nice touch. Cleanliness not great saw waitress setting our table using same unused cutlery. Generally building was tired needs some TLC
We had a family room that was spacious and comfy . Breakfast was lovely.
Was a lovely hotel but even though it was summertime the hotel smelt dampish
Greeted like a good friend by host on arrival and made to feel as though we were home from home
That we had to leave to go home
Great location and excellent breakfast.
great location all in walking distance to visit ! Pleasing decor and comfort
small dining area being on top floor stairs tiring for couple in their 70s
We loved that it was not too far from the beach and pier. We also loved that the family room had 2 separate bedrooms and a spa bath, the breakfast was great and the staff were very friendly.
When we walked around the room, the flooring and window rattled in the main bedroom, when the kids were abit heavy footed.
Near the sea
Room was at the rear, no view above kitchen and was very noisey, would not have gone if known.
Perfect location and friendly staff. Italian restaurant also worth a visit. ;-)
I had a phone call from the owner in the day telling me about the parking and he was waiting for me when I arrived! The room was great although my ,'Bella Vista' was not so bella but it wasn't a problem for me. There was an honesty bar and also a dvd player with a good selection of films. Breakfast was lovely with the usual choices.
Had no problems at all. Noisy seagulls around 5 a.m and the hot weather made for an early wake up call!!!
no parking and poor website advice on where to Park.LLandudno has little parking furniture nice but not my taste breakfast not the best
Value for money and location
Found one member of staff rather eccentric and this was a little off-putting. Prefer a straightforward professional approach.
Large room and bathroom (room 7). Lovely breakfast, friendly host.
Parking dreadful - as it is in most of Llandudno. You have to find somewhere on the local streets and after lunch time it is nearly impossible. There is a little entry opposite the hotel and if you are lucky, you can get a parking spot there.
excellent room at the top of the hotel very good location wifi on ground floor
quite small dining room
Very friendly staff. As we are from Stoke on Trent we received a request for some Staffordshire oatcakes from the manager which we found amusing. All facilities in the hotel were excellent, from large well appointed rooms and bathrooms to a well stocked bar which is run on a trust basis. The breakfast was very good and served quickly in a pleasant dining room. The location is ideal, being just off the sea front, and with very good views. We dined in the Italian restaurant and received very good value for money, excellent food at very reasonable prices, and the atmosphere was great. They have an extensive menu of pizza's, pasta's and grill dishes plus a wide choice of desserts and a well stocked bar. We'd highly recommend both the hotel and restaurant to anyone looking to stay in Llandudno.
From the moment we arrived we were made to feel very welcome by the man on reception who booked us in. Waitresses were also very efficient and friendly at breakfast. Rooms are nicely furnished and very clean.
The Italian Restaurant isn't part of the Bella Vista hotel and they were unable to take bookings for a table in the evening. Unfortunately, by the time the restaurant opened at 5.15 pm they had no tables available until 9.30 pm which was too late for us so we needed to find a restaurant elsewhere for dinner.
Friendly welcome with facilities fully explained. Good size accommodation, big bath with shower attachment, large 4 poster bed, real wood antique furniture and 42" TV with Sky. Good Full English breakfast. Stones throw from Beach and pier and an excellent Italian restaurant beneath the hotel itself. Only a few minute walk from town Centre.
No staffed bar although there is a fridge with some drinks in and you keep a tab and pay at end of stay. No evening meal facilities. But these are small issues and this hotel is really great value for money.
From the moment we checked in everything was excellent, Keith (Chinky) made us feel most welcome and nothing was too much trouble...cannot wait to return, soon hopefully!!!
Very friendly staff & the manager cooked a fab breakfast & good choice. We planning another visit at some point. I won't forget theoatcakes next time :-)
The hotel was ideally situated very close to the pier and the staff were very friendly and from initial calls to them extremely accommodating. The breakfast was really good.
We were provided with a family suite on the third floor, there were no lifts so we had to carry everything upstairs which is not ideal with a 6 month old. We found the suite to be very inadequate. Within the suite was a bathroom (this was very nice although the window didn't open), a bedroom with a single bed and large glass coffee table, the window catch in this room was broken and as this was where our children slept we did not feel this was acceptable from a security aspect, the main bedroom had a double bed and a unit with tea/coffee facilities. We also had a small lounge with a TV, 2 chairs and 2 two seater sofas. We found the room had two many chairs for the number of people that could stay in the room (3). There were no wardrobes just a small bracket on the wall in each room for clothes to be hung. In the main room this was above the kettle!! not the greatest place to hang your clothes. The light fitting in the main bedroom also had wires on display and no casing. From reviewing the site there are no pictures of the room we were provided with and I from our stay I can understand why! I would only stay at this hotel again if it underwent a refurbishment to make the rooms look and feel more secure and homely.
