Bella Vista Hotel and Italian Restaurant  

Our room was large and well furnished. The hotel was clean. A good hearty breakfast each morning. And the icing on the cake was Keith who was helpful, pleasant and always had time for his clients.

Good location. Plenty of good quality eating houses near by including Italian.

Dark drapes and heavy furniture but it was a Victorian weekend so hotel in keeping with the theme!

We arrived at 11am and the very helpful Manager allowed us into our room early which we appreciated. The sea-view room was furnished to a very high standard, had plenty of storage space, the facilities and plentiful complimentary products far exceeded our expectations. The freeview and TV were of high standard too. The four poster bed was very comfortable and we slept extremely well. The heating which was on in the room and bathroom we turned down, however it was nice to be given the option. The bathroom was of contemporary design and although we prefer a shower, the bath was of a good size and extremely clean (our fault for not booking the room with a shower). We did not hear any noise from either guests or neighbouring establishments which added to our stay at the Bella Vista. The breakfast choice and quality were exceptional, as were the friendly staff too. We noticed the welcome addition of a table and chairs outside the entrance. Although we have stayed here before because of it's perfect location, we didn't really think anything could have been improved upon, however we are pleased to say the Bella Vista have made small changes for the better. We decided within hours of our arrival that we would definitely stay here again and have no hesitation in recommending this as a lovely place to stay. We are unable to comment on the restaurant because we did not eat there, however the menu choice and prices would certainly not have deterred us and it did seem to be popular.

No bar fridge, difficult parking and quite small breakfasts

We were most warmly welcomed and made to feel at home. The room was very comfortable and we had a lovely breakfast in the morning, as we only stayed the one night it met our needs perfectly!

The rooms were really nice- we had the 6our poster rooms. Also the breakfast was excellent. Staff very friendly too.

The retaurant is not connected to the hotel anymore. Couldn't make a booking to eat there. Found another place to eat up the road though.

Courteous and very friendly staff who interacted very well with our son and make families feel very welcome.

Keith was very friendly, the relaxed atmosphere of the service and the honesty bar was a nice touch.

Lack of parking.

Location. view from our front facing room. Plenty of tea and coffee in the room. Nice Welsh breakfast.

Mattress too hard for me. Parking on street is pot luck. Had to provide own gluten free bread even though requested when booked.

The room with a view. The italian settings. Friendly informative staff. no unpleasant reports, everything was pleasant.

Lovely family suite ideal for us 3 adults with separate bedroom for my adult son. Fantastic bathroom with jacuzzi!

A lot of stairs but worth the climb.

Staff were very friendly and really made us feel at home. My daughters loved being able to borrow a DVD from the lounge and watch it in their room. Food in the restaurant was great and again staff very friendly. Location right next to the pier/beach/Great Orme was perfect. Very good value.

Location was just what we wanted . Room was comfortable and good sea view.

No access from car park,more attention to cleanliness,poor hotel bar,Hotel would be better discribing its self as a B+B. No provisions for handicapped persons my sister found the stairs up to the hotel to be very difficult.

Lack of bar[honesty style does not feel right]

The comfortable rooms , the lovely dark wood furniture as well as the staff and the food.

The shower door did not close properly making it difficult to have a shower without soaking the whole floor.

we had room 8, a large family room(separate rm for daughter), all rms had tv+dvd and lounge had dvds to choose+use, comfy beds and good selection for breakfast

stairs were quite steep, but managable Lightswitches+back of bathrom door would have benefited from a wipe over
