In the heart of Leamington Spa, this Premier Inn is a 5-minute walk from The Royal Priors and the town's boutique shops. The hotel has a 24-hour front desk, modern rooms and a Thyme Restaurant.
Score from 403 reviews Fabulous
The Holiday Inn Leamington Spa is set in well-tended gardens only 10 minutes from the M40 motorway. With its own gym and restaurant, this Holiday Inn is only 2 miles from the centre of Warwick.
Score from 155 reviews Good
In the Warwickshire countryside, close to historic and beautiful Warwick, Royal Leamington Spa, Kenilworth and Stratford upon Avon, the Ramada Warwick is in pretty grounds overlooking the River Avon.

Good location and value for money. On site parking a bonus.
some of the room lights not working.
Decent parking, reasonably comfortable single bed.
Tiny shower in a cramped bathroom.
The staff were helpful and efficient. The room was comfortable and clean. The food was amazing. A really superb hotel.
About 1 mile from city centre Old and odd shaped hotel
Good Bar. Friendly staff. 10 mins brisk walk to town.
Single Room was very pokey
My stay was very pleasant and comfortable. The hotel is very nice. Since I traveled in December, most of all I appreciated good heating. There was a tea preparing set in the room.
Staff were friendly and helpful, room was clean and bed was comfortable. The breakfast was really tasty and well received after a night out!
Was difficult for staff to find an iron for my room and when one was found it was faulty, causing a big spark when I turned it in! However the very friendly member of staff replaced it promptly.
Friendly staff, huge choice at breakfast, food cooked to order, decor in the lobby.
Decor in bedroom, room only lit by wall lamps made room really dark, no light above mirror, cobwebs from ceiling in room!
Closeness to Leamington Spa
Reception staff are rude and can't speak proper English which is bizarre as this it England. Breakfast was disgusting - hardly any choice, cheap looking bacon and sausages. You don't even get a pot of tea, they pour out a cup for you!!! How ridiculous! They're obviously counting every penny and it shows. Do not stay here if you enjoy a good breakfast - you will be very hungry when you leave. Also, the dull receptionist didn't ask if I had enjoyed my stay - I suppose she's either been told not to ask or she can't be bothered. Either way, this hotel is a very poor reflection on Leamington Spa which is a really lovely place to visit - stay elsewhere!!!!
Stay was acceptable for cost but very dated and breakfast was just adequate
Hotel chosen for location. Communal areas of hotel nice and good breakfast . Glad staff warned us the night before of coach party at breakfast so we could avoid the queues.
Our room (57) was tiny and shabby ( bathroom in need of de-mouding). Otherwise was clean. A friend paid same price and was allocated lovely, big room upstairs.
Tea and coffee, good tv
Peacefull and good breakfast. Staff very pleasant.
Hotel upstairs in need of an overhaul. We stayed here years ago in its better days.
location, breakfast, quiet,
Our room did not have a window, only a light shaft. The decor and bathroom are dated and need modernisation.
room was clean nice area of Leamington Good breakfast
No hot water for morning shower
The heating was on full in our room when we arrived at 5pm, we had to have the windows and doors open until we went out at 10pm, and when we came back at 3am our room was still as hot. A total waste of money spent on heating.
Price and comfortable bed.
noise at night from terrible creaky floor and banging doors at 12pm. Workmen started hammering into wall just before 9am the next morning! Exterior of building very dilapidated but once inside it was better than I expected.
Easy to find Hotel and with good parking. Short walk to town
To find out our booking was incorrect when we arrived although corrected by reception. Small room with chair in the way of the door. Really no better than a guest house although ok for a short stay.
King sized bed
Appearance Tatty furnishings
Nice & close to centre.Lovely breakfast.Pleasant staff.
The bathroom was a little cramped.
Nothing in particular just thought it was a looking a little tired especially the main entrance outside
I slept very well and it was quiet and comfortable
Some of the downstairs decor is very dated.
The best thing was the check out when I managed to get to the front of the que with only one serving and chatting about shopping!
Service, the musky smell throughout hotel the room even worse. Service at hotel bar me being only 1 and it taking over 20mins to get a pint on both nights. Hotel really needs a full renovation the bathroom in my room even though clean looked dirty because everything old/rusty faded and warn.
The friendliness of staff throughout. The standard of the breakfast was very good. It was our second visit and it is good to see standards are being maintained.
The only thing we didn't like was the heat in the room on arrival. We thought we had turned the radiator down but on our return later in the evening it was still on. During the night thankfully the radiator cooled so we were able to sleep! This is the only minus from our visit.
