The dining was good,

The staff. The eventual room we were given after a complaint of our original room. The staff were excellent.

Breakfast. Coffee was undrinkable. Stewed and quite awful. On complaint waitress brought a caffetiere but was quite sure it was the original coffee put into a caffetiere. Didnt complain any more.Waste of time. Suggest staff told that coffee should not be stewed. Othewrwise ok.

the first room they gave us was very small and cramped for a double, with a tv that didn't work and hadn't been cleaned properly as it had a stained valance on the bed and somebody elses receipt on the floor. After complaining we were eventually moved to a better room but still found someone elses earing on the floor, so again hadn't been hovered properly.

Good breakfast. Friendly receptionists. Nice clean en suite room.

Room 40 - window view blocked entirely by a wall a few feet away. When we opened the window the handle came off. We couldn't close it. Bad news, since an extractor fan mounted on that view-blocking wall woke us up in the morning with a horrible noise lasting at least half an hour.

Food was excellent. Nice touch giving my wife free glass of wine for her birthday.

Perfect for access to town a nice large warm room , breakfast was good .

Very suprised there wasn,t a shower but a very large bath instead. My wife struggled to wash her hair .

Location ok, Chef very helpful

Very basic for price paid. Noisy due to wedding party. Smoking policy not adhered to - could smell smoke as soon as leaving room - coming from other room/s. Broken glass in car park (which I ran over!). Lots of Dog poo on lawn (which we complained about). Bath panel broken - 2nd guest cut finger on it.

Friendly and clean. Excellent wi-fi and free.

Room very small, although to be fair I did opt for a single!

Location or visiting relatives in Leamington is fine

Rooms are tired, poorly equiped, room 10 must be the worst in the hotel.

It was cheap, £42 for 2 with breakfast, main areas ie bar and restuarant well decorated- bar open for residents

It was the smallest double bed we've slept in,- room was tired and had damp patch on ceiling, hairdryer was broken (did get a new one when asked at reception) lid on kettle broken, Went to breakfast at 9.15- they serve till 9.30, and was rushed through it, they asked if we wanted anything else before they cleared away- didnt know as I was still eating! Breakfast was undercooked, sausages raw, had to ask for the beans which came cold, only 2 slices of bread on buffet, however couldnt complain as waitress had gone to get her coat.

Very accommodating staff, especially as had my dog with me... Comfort, clean room and well priced.

Nothing really, minibar would have been nice. And provide more than 1 coffee pouch in room?,

Very good breakfast.bed comfortable although the pillows abit to firm.

Unable to eat at hotel because of a party. It would of been nice to know before we arrived so we could have made other arrangements. Hairdryer broken, rang reception for over 10 mins and no one answered the phone. Good job it was'nt an emergency.

Cobwebs in bathroom, missing light fittings and dirty bathroom

Radiators in the room were on constantly and were not adjustable - room was boiling the whole time, even when the windows were open. Room smelled damp and musty. Shower was mouldy between the tiles.

The breakfast was dire - nearly all the food had gone by 0930 and the one waiter was slow.

Breakfast was lovely, staff very polite and informative about the hotel and surrounding area

Shower was cold

The room was lovely and breakfast was very appetising

On packing to leave we stripped the bed as we always do when stopping at a hotel only to discover what looked like dried blood stains over the mattress. This disgusted us we didn't mention it to the hotel as we were in a hurry to get back for our childcarer.

Helpful and attentive staff

Bed was strangely bouncy (I was sleeping alone), but not too bad

The fire alarm went off three times at 5 o'clock in the morning by mistake, which ruined my sleep. Aparently rain entered the system.

Good location with plenty of parking. Comfortable room. Food was very good and fresh (both from the bar menu and at breakfast). Staff were very friendly, and helpful, but had to juggle tasks as there seemed to be a shortage of staff.

This hotel needs a professional manager to shake the whole place up, and develop its potential. No sign of any Manager overseeing what was going on, and the untrained (though friendly) staff seemed to be left to get on with things as best they could. Not Best Western standards.
