The room was large and comfortable, and the bathroom was also large and featured a victorian cast iron bath as well as a separate (excellent) shower. The breakfast was almost too much. |

We couldnt fault this for the price. The location was good 10min walk from the coast / town and 10min drive to Cowyn Castle. The room was clean and modernly decorated with ensuite bathroom , coffee/ tea making facilities hair dryer and sofa. The staff were friendly & helpful and we got a tasty cooked breakfast to boot! Excellent value for money. |

The location to points of interest in North Wales was good (Conway Castle 10 minutes away). The owner gave us a wonderful recommendation for dinner at a local pub up the hill which had excellent food and service. The owners were less sociable than some other places we stayed at but everything was handled professionally and expeditiously. |

seemed to have been put in the darkest room at end of hallway - not at all like the pictuers were showing. however warmth of owner and breakfast almost made up for that. bed was rather small - a very small double - cramped and mattress a bit lumpy and far too soft. |

The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was very tasty. Also the area was quite convenient. The only criticism would be that the room was a bit too warm, but this was easily resolved by turning down the radiator. |

We stayed here for 5 days. From our arrival to our departure this was a very pleasant experience. The staff and the owner made us feel very welcome and comfortable. We got the impression that they would do anything to accommodate their guests. The welcome at check-in, comfort in the rooms, cleanliness, breakfasts, check-out were all of a very high standard. We would highly recommend this hotel. |
