Decent size room The shower has two separate taps for cold and hot water and difficult to mix to get the right temperature . The water flow was rather slow. The breakfast was rather rationed with little quantity of baked beans instead of the usual serve yourself in other hotels.

Situated just off the seafront by Wellington Pier but plenty of parking and quiet in the evening - bear in mind we stayed in April. Large Double room was well equipped and spacious (even a second TV in the anteroom!). Restaurant food and service good at the evening meal. Plenty of choices at the buffet breakfast. No problems encountered.

Location The room was tatty and in need of modernising. The shower could not be used as the water temperature was never stable. The towels were skimpy and the matress was in need of renewal. The walls were quite thin so you could hear people going to the toilet and having a wash!

where do i start; a relaxing break, helpful/friendly staff, fantastic buffet breakfast, clean and comfortable room, fantastic facilities, my friend and i are already planning to visit again the only improvements i would suggest is a toilet brush in the bathroom, i wouldnt call it a dislike x

Room was clean and spacious. Beds comfortable. Breaksfast lovely with nice selction. Staff friendly and helpful. Our room had very drafty windows (219) which we had to stuff tissues in and the bathroom amd no hearing and was veey cold. The shower wasnt very powerful and temp of the water kept jumping from hot to cold.

We stopped there for 3 nights, the bed was really comfortable...i stop in hotels 3 nights a week so thats a + The breakfast is enough to last you a day!! Room was cold as they only have the heating on during certain times....i think i have it on more at home! It needs a freshen up as a whole.

Some staff were nice, breakfast made to order, good. Free internet access. I have stayed here before and it was quite nice in the past. However, this time I found the Hotel room quite run down, I had asked for a room above ground level, which became available if I paid an extra 10 pound per night, this was not the case on my previous visits.
