Comfort Hotel Gt. Yarmouth  

The staff were very welcomimng and were efficent. Servive in the resturant was good and the food served at dinner was prepared very well. Breakfast buffet was stocked well.

The room was clean however the bathroom did show some signs of previous mould issues. The door frame had been poorly repaired and there was a poor smell in the room.

It was in a central position for sight seeing in Gt.Yarmouth.

Hotel and room clean, warm and comfortable. Good parking availabilty. Good breakfast - better than a lot of higher rated hotels I've stayed in!

We stayed on a Friday for 1 night. The room was very clean and tidy. My only problem was the size of the bed. It was a double but we would have liked a bigger one, but for 1 night it was fine. Breakfast was lovely and the waiter very attentive. Will definitely stay here again.

The staff were polite and helpful. The food Was nice in the evening, not too over priced, and good portions. Good location for the Beach and Arcades, 2 min walk.

We had 2 rooms, 1 double and 1 single. The Double was very small, but had a reasonable size bathroom, but the Single was more like a walk in Wardrobe, and the Bathroom in that room was so small, when you used the Toilet, you had to sit sideways, the Sink was so close to the Toilet, I couldn't get my left Leg around the other side to get seated, and I'm only 6ft!! The Bath had a Shower head over it, but no Shower Screen/Curtain to stop the Water going all over the floor, so I had to have a Bath. The breakfast was a Buffet style, but when I went up for food, there wasn't any Eggs or Mushrooms, they cooked some Eggs whilst I waited, 5 mins later another guy went up, and again no Eggs, and Mushrooms wern't on the Menu, could have been better. Rooms needed some tlc. Door knob fell off in my wife's hand in Double room, decor was in need of attention.

The staff were extremely friendly and professional. General cleaniness of the hotel was very good. The beds very very comfortable. We were on the ground floor which was ideal, would not have liked to climb the steep staira to the upper floors. Bad points:

Bad points: Parking difficult on Saturday and Sunday and it is not yet full season. Loud noises from hotel opposite, especially after 10.00pm

i liked it very much theres not a bad word i can say bout it the bed was out of this world.i would stay there again and in would tell people to go there

Well kept clean hotel ,great food, good friendly staff, would not hesitate to stay here again.

Extreemly helpful and friendly, could not do enough for you. Clean and food was good, choise could have been better as they same soup was offered every night! Free parking was a must for the position it was in. Waiters extreemly helpful. Would stay there again when visiting Yarmouth.

Husband was disabled and if we had not had the room we did he would not have made the stairs. Need to make people aware that there is no lift, because of the views of the hotel we automatically expected there to be a lift in such a hotel.

Unfortunatl did not really see enoght tocoment too much due to buisness

Some lack of attention to deatais tea facilties in room not update refrace 4 small milk not suffiecent no fridges in roomswhich would be a ggod ide to have

The location was perfect for our needs, near the sea but not too far from the town.

The hotel is in desperate need of refurbishment.
