The outside of the hotel looks dated and shabby. Charging extra for use of the leisure facilities is not good. Separate male and female saunas, splits the family. |

The rooms were very dirty. The staff were rude and not helpful at all. They had lost our booking so tried to charge us twice for the room. |

A adequate nights sleep. The hotel was occupied by couples, families and business people which made for a quiet weekend stay. Easy and cheap to get to the city (taxi £20) and Chapel Allerton, a closer drinking/eating out area (£12). The poor reception on the television but worked suffiently |

The rooms were clean, comfortable and the staff were very helpful. The hotel was in a good position for my business trip. The food was appalling in the restaurant in the evening. The bar menu was okay on the first evening but the carvery on the second evening was terrible. I wouldn't eat dinner there again. Breakfast was okay but a bit steep at £9.95. |

Very little apart from good location 1) Car parking was very difficult because of cars parked there by people using the "stay one night - park for 14" policy. 2) the place was filled with 3 coach tours who when present descended like locusts on facilities. This made eating in particular an unpleasant experience |

I stay in this hotel regularly because it is well situated for my needs being between Leeds and Harrogate, good value for money and the staff are always friendly and helpful. I detest pressurised beers and it would improve my visits greatly if they would stock either a cask beer or good quality bottled beers. |

It was comfortable and convenient for our needs, The staff were pleasant and we enjoyed the view from our room. Parking is congested presumably because it is used as a departure hotel for the nearby airport |

I thought the hotel room was excellent value for money and I thought the checking out time was a lot more convenient than most 10am departure times. I really didnt appreciate the fact that I checked in, I proceeded to my room where I opened the door to find a couple of guests already tucked up in there! As you can imagine both parties were startled and very distressed with the situation. I recieved no apology and nothing for my inconvenience. |

The evening meal offered by the hotel was of a very limited choice and on this visit was of poor quality compared with previous stays. |
