Leaving the Hotel! The free car park at hotel was full, as people seemed to also use it as free parking for airport, I resorted to parking on grass. Sewage smell in stair well was revolting. No toiliteries provided in bedroom and it took 2 hours for a bar of soap to be provided. Recessed light was dangling from ceiling. There was very poor service in restaurant and a requested jug of water was not provided. Restaurant Buffet was woeful and poorly displayed. All these points were relayed to staff and a manager before leaving hotel. Expect to be escorted, by restaurant supervisor, from restaurant to reception to pay for meal - I felt like a person who was not to be trusted!

Staff helpful and friendly, particularly in the restaurant. Room clean and comfortable. Parking initially difficult to find due to a wedding reception taking place in the afternoon. Parking spaces became free later in the day though.

It was close to the airport and out in the country. Nice vilages nearby and easy to get into the city for shopping. We had to move room the night we cheked in because the toilets were so dirty and the room stank from high heaven. But have to say young man at reception was very professional.

We stayed at this hotel when it was the HIlton and we used to leave our car there whilst away on holiday. At that time the hotel had its own free taxi to and from the airport. Now it does not and had 2 coaches staying when we were there. Nothing wrong with the hotel good food and reasonable prices. Excellent location. No problem with the coach parties at all. Nothing really. Give it a try.

Great location,countryside setting but short journey to Leeds/Bradford airport. Comfortable,good food,great value,useful airport parking facility. Will be booking again for all future holidays when flying out of Leeds/Bradford One member of staff a touch "surly",but nothing to spoil stay and the rest where friendly ,helpful and attentive.

I was intially attracted to the Hotel due to the price quoted on a comparison website. I was pleasantly suprised. The room was clean, large and comfortable. The location is excellent for the airport, Leeds and Harrogate where my daughters live. If the price in future remains reasonable. I would stay here again without any hesitation.

It was near the airport five minutes max, but once I arrived I noticed a travel lodge which looked much nicer and nearer to the airport. Wouldn't go back hotel unclean, room in the basement freezing cold didn't warm up until the next day, staff unwelcoming, had to wait at the desk and at the bar for service at least five/ten minutes, hotel set back difficult to see sign when dark.Overall disapointed wouldn't go back. Would suggest to pay extra 20 quid to have better experience.

Rooms not really new but very clean, especially the bathroom needs to be renewed even if is clean and well furnished. Nice and professional staff but not all of them smiling which I think is the first welcoming at the reception.

Good value hotel, with nice facilities & plenty of parking. Good location for Leeds & Bradford + local countryside. Food was not great, but just ok. Did not like having to pay extra for use of leisure facilities.

We did not find the staff on duty at breakfast time very welcoming. We felt we were a nuisance for asking how the system worked if you had not booked a prepaid breakfast.Apart from that we had a good stay, thank you.

Very convenient for airport. Pleasant and friendly staff. Good standard of rooms. Evening set meal was a very good price (£9.95 for 3 courses) and the first course and 3rd courses were very nice but the main course not so much - frozen veg, not fresh. Other than that, everything else was fine.

Very handy for r l/b airport and the parking Nowhere to sit and chill out with a drink big tail back from the bar with all the coaches at the hotel another bar for coach trips or for the likes of me staying for one night would be a big help
