Standard room small and no appropriate seating. Room in need of an upgarade. Sink cracked; bath, rust round plug hole. Would suggest remove the bath and just have a shower.Net curtains required laundering.To make more room,remove trouser press, wall mount television, wall mount lamp, use a smaller desk.

only downfall was room was very dusty and needed a good clean although linen was very clean.

Room was spotless. Staff were friendly. Nice large carpark. Easy location to find. Local taxi service good and reliable.

Pretty Old and in need of a update Food choice pretty poor Staff were helpful enough Can't believe you need to pay not only to use the gym, but you need to pay to use a towel in the spa area -quite rediculous Also you need to pay £2.00 charge for using a credit card when paying your bill I paid £75.00 and £9.00 for breakfast Most definitely not worth the money

I rang the hotel direct before my stay to ask for a price & the lady put me through to their main line as she assured me it would be cheaper, she was very helpful. I also rang back to check we could stay after the holiday, it was the same lady she had such a nice voice and was very nice. The rooms were very clean and nice. The beds were comfortable - just what you need after a flight! We arrived at the hotel and left our car for a week while we went on holiday & stayed the day we landed back in Leeds. Great idea and great value for money. The lady who we seen when we arrived was very helpful & organised us a taxi. When we landed back the taxi company the hotel use had a depot at the airport and a taxi was already waiting for us! Great idea.

I booked our stay through booking.com in a '8 day park and fly' booking. I phoned the Brittania to check we could stay the night after the holiday and still leave the car and when the lady looked for the deal she said she couldn't find the deal and the cheapest she could offer me was £25 more expensive than booking.com. I felt like a liar even though I had it in front of me! The Brittania company need to organise their systems better to show what deals they have on. Surely direct through the company should be the cheapest? The lady who checked us in after we arrived back from our holiday was very unhelpful, didn't point us in the direction of the lifts and was quite rude. When we arrived to our room (floor 5) the key card did not work so I had to traipse back downstairs to get a new one. She changed it and I went back up only to find that one also did not work for about 10 goes, then we finally got the green flashy light! Not what you need after a flight, not sure what the issue is but there is obviously something wrong with the system? Not really a big thing to moan about, but some biscuits would of been nice with my cup of tea in our room.

Location suited my needs Lovely view, if only one could see out the filthy window. Water pressure in shower was good. Adjustable heating worked.

Poor standard of cleaning in room, worn out lumpy mattress, tired furniture, minimal quantity of tea/coffee per night, broken shower fitting. Thin wall construction transferred a lot of noise from adjoining rooms. The staff didn't seem to care; checking in was done with bare necessity of speaking and when checking out, staff didn't even ask if we'd enjoyed our stay. The hotel gave the impression of being run down in most areas, including the staff

No insulation in rooms so we heard every noise that occurred in the hallway and nearby rooms.

Comfortable room. Staff very obliging in the morning with the transport to the Airport in adverse weather conditions.

After being quoted £12 for the taxi to the Airport we were charged £15 plus £2 for Admin costs. The lounge area was rather crowded as there were three coach parties in the hotel, so retired to room for comfort.

The staff on reception not very nice at all we met up with family we got charged twice for car parking

Parking the car for Leeds/Bradford airport was easy

We had a carvery on our return on the 25/3/13 and the selection of vegetables was poor and they were not at all hot. A rather poor meal for two weary travellers

Everything. The Hotel is the worst I have stayed in ever. Bathroom was dirty with cracked / chiped tiles, rust stains etc. very dirty appearance. Food was inedible. Presneted with a plate of disguting mush. I stay in otels alot and never in my life have I seen food served in that way or tasted so dreadful. No Chef could stand over it, The leisure center receptionist was eating a curry at the counter as he was registering me. Spitting food out of his mouth back onto his plate!

Parking for airport and efficient ordering of taxi to airport by hotel.. Food good value. Comfy bed and room.
