The grounds are immense so it is very secluded for a walk or a seat with the ducks by the ponds. The Staff were very attentive and very professional at all times. The rooms were immaculate and the food for every meal was beautiful. The pillows were very big and very loose. We prefer duvets to blankets and sheets. There was no 'loo brush'.

Full of character, great staff, excellent value, tasteful, food excellent. I stay in hotels two or three times a week and this one stands out as excellent in every respect. First class hotel. Just surprised it only is listed as 3*? It is far superior to most 4 star hotels.

Lovely room in a beautiful hotel. Very friendly welcome with sherry and cake brought to or room on arrival. We dined in the restaurant and had a really good meal. Breakfast was a lovely full English but lots of other choices on the menu. Throughout the hotel the staff were all very helpful. Will definitely stay there again. Bedrooms and public rooms were all a little too warm to be really comfortable.

Inglewood Manor is an excellent hotel for cleanliness, comfort and service. My room was great. Spacious with an excellent en suite bathroom. I would stay again but would most definitely not eat in the restaurant. The menu for the evening meal in the restaurant was fine and I may have chosen badly. My starter of salmom and prawn cocktail was fine. But the main of roast beef was an absolute disaster. The meat and yorkshire pudding were very over cooked and although the dish included roast potatoes there were no other vegetables. This was not mentioned to me when I ordered. At £15.95 for this dish someone is having a laugh and it certainly isn't me.

A very warm welcome. The staff took time to show us around the hotel as it was our first visit. The room was comfortable and attractively decorated and spacious, wvwn after being described as "cosy". Especially liked the Molton Brown toiletries.

Inglewood Manor is a very friendly hotel and the staff were excellent. It took me quite a few requests to get a menu from them for the 28th Dec as I was told it was a set menu that evening. Eventually one arrived but then the menu on the evening was quite different to what they had sent me. This was just a bit annoying as the guests dining with me that evening wanted to choose in advance what they were going to eat as they are quite fussy.

Stayed here for a wedding service/reception, the staff were all very friendly, room was cleaned to a high standard and we were able to check in early which was a bonus. Breakfast was good. The rooms were uncomfortably hot, I turned my radiator off but it was still difficult to sleep with the heat. The prices in the bar were a bit steep - not offering any sort of discount for wedding guests was a bit mean.

There is no doubt that Inglewood manor is an excellent hotel true to it's identity as a manor house. It is refreshing that it has not been insenstively extended. Our room was attic style, well furnished and decorated and above all original, however the heating in the room was not sufficient for a winter break. We had a couple of issues that were dealt with promptly and efficiently. You arrive at the hotel directly into a beautiful entrance hall tastfully furnished and decorated with bar, restaurant, lounge off main hall, all of which are of the same standard. It would have been a lovely experience had we been able to use the facilities provided. I tried to book a meal at the hotel 4 weeks before our stay, at this point I was informed that there was no vailability as a result of a wedding. If you want a perfect wedding venue Inglewood Manor should be at the top of your list, as you are able to take over this lovely manor house. I am sure however that management would agree that other guests are made to feel as if they are intruding on a family party. We were charged a very reasonable rate for such a quality hotel so we have no cause for complaint but I don't think we would stay again as a result of not being able to benefit from the hotel facilities. It is fair to say that the management do indicate that use is often resticted, we just had not imagined it would be to such an extent. It is clear that the weddings make the hotel viable but perhaps it would be better not to accept other guests when a wedding function is taking place.

`The bedrooms and ambience were very pleasant. The grounds were stunning. We attended a wedding there which was very good for food and organisation. We stayed in room 16 which was beautiful. Our only complaint was that the mattress on the bed in room 16 was very uncomfortable as it has a hollow in the middle and we kept having to try and move out of that. It could do with replacing as it spoils what is a very beautiful room.

The location and grounds are excellent with an interior in need of updating but on the whole a lot of potential The interior of the hotel has a lot of promise but needs to be worked on to be in line with prices and surroundings as its overpriced for what you get .Staff need more training and a line in communication would not go a miss. This hotel has executive rooms by name and price only not by an executive standard though
