Lady Anne Middletons Hotel

El exterior estaba bien, la gente es amable , no hay una buena decoracion , es intracendente.

Dos pisos de escalera, no hablaban espanol.

El edificio en el que está localizado, el desayuno, con un personal de atención excelente tanto en el comedor como en la recepción. La piscina no pudimos disfrutarla porque estaba reservada toda la mañana por niños y es muy pequeña.

Me hubiera gustado poder disfrutar de un baño, ya que fue una de las razones por las que pedimos ese hotel.

Personal amable y competente. Muy buena ubicacion.

Solo ofrecen English Breakfast.

I liked the central location of the hotel, the friendly staff and the comfortable room.

Friendly staff, interesting building, good location,has nice areas to relax in and a good gym.

Although the room had all that we required it needed updating to a modern standard.

Friendly and helpful staff in an independent hotel (not part of a soulless chain) wit character. Central location and yet quiet. I was impressed by the gym and swimming and sauna facilities--wished I'd known about them in advance and brought some gear!

No, though perhaps the bathrooms and decor could be upgraded.

I felt that the room (Room 2) was very dated and felt slightly 'fusty' and not used very often. However the bed was clean and comfortable

Breakfast was included with the room rate. Guest parking. Free access to gym and facilities.

The staff in general were lack luster and quite miserable it seemed. The decor is old and dated. The car park is not adequately sized.

This hotel is well situated, only a few mins to the main town. Enjoyed our stay

The location was perfect, the breakfast was fantastic, it set us up for the day and the sfaff were superb, friendly and helpful.We would definatley recommend it.

easy access to York, pleasant, interesting buildings, good car park, helpful receptionist.

In particular I liked the friendly relaxed ambience of the hotel. The staff are always willing to help. The food and waiter/waitress service were friendly and professional. I will be staying at the hotel again.
