We loved the breakfast and the service was excellent. Our room was a bit tired and small but we expected no more for our money. |

Friendliness and efficiency of the staff, even the bar staff! Rooms very clean and a lovely bathroom that was not developed in 1 corner of a room like you get with most hotels and B and B's of that price range. |

At the discount offered it was exceptional value. the restaurant was excellent. take this for rooms 202 and 212, I am not filling this form twice the rooms would not justify the full price |

I liked the roomservice, cheap as chips and rather good. The beds were good and the room rather big. My friend took about half an hour to find out how the shower worked. And for the rate of the movies, you expect to watch it on a big screen, not a little television.... |

Staff, particuarly reception, very friendly. Nice room. Just asked for toast for breakfast, it arrived and was stone cold and chewy. Asked for more, waited 15 mins and nothing arrived, had to depart that day so left on an empty stomach! Waiting staff were very miserable. |

In our seaview type room the balcony had no access as there were only windows I wanted a seview with balcony I could sit on but no rooms seemed to have this This is quite an old hotel our room had been modernised but some parts could do with modernising |

On arrival I was given keys to my £65p/n room, unfortunatley the tiny room was at the back of hotel, overlooked the bottle store felt pokey, grotty and was in desparate need of updating. Noisy corridors |

Love this hotel, right on seafront but not as noisy as those nearer the pier. The rooms with seaview are lovely. Not the hotel, but had noisy people for first time in this hotel right next door so I think the walls may need some sound proofing. Hasn't happened before in this hotel. |

Excellent breakfast - I enjoyed smoked haddock both days. I am not keen on showers and the shower had a fixed head so it was not possible to reach round to get the water to the right temperature before stepping in, without gettting soaked in the process. Also cubicle was small so my partner could not wash below his thighs! |

Room housekeeping very good - room and bathroom spotless. Receptionists also very good. Cheap breakfast ingredients - Tesco Value yogurt and tasteless sausages |
