bedroom and bathroom of room 322 is old fashion, poor value and not what you would expect from any star hotel. My job takes me to many parts of the world, this has to rate as very disappointing. We did request a change of room but none were available. |

Staff were friendly and helpful. Wonderful to have the sea view on a moonlit evening. The restaurant evening meal was excellent value for money, and the waitresses were particularly attentive. Lack of on-site parking. |

The room which was one of the superior sea view ones was excellent really comfortable The only problem with the room was that the door rattled a little when people walk past. . |

My wife is disabled and the willingness of the staff to look after and re-charge her electric buggy each night was much appreciated. We were not offered a daily paper and there wasn't a rack of entertainment and visitor attractions. |

The service was really friendly. My room was spotless and I was not over charged for being a single occupant. There was an old world charm and the breakfast was delicious. |

The facilities, entertainment and food were all good.Plus the service was pleasant. Just the position of the room.It was quite stuffy, due to the inclement weather. |

Good hotel and excellent breakfast. Friendly staff, but some of the staff at breakfast/restaurant must learne how to smile. |

I liked the fact that is was directly on the sea front and close to all the amenities. I feel that the rooms and particularly the bathrooms could be re-vamped and modernised. |

We loved the breakfast and the service was excellent. Our room was a bit tired and small but we expected no more for our money. |

Friendliness and efficiency of the staff, even the bar staff! Rooms very clean and a lovely bathroom that was not developed in 1 corner of a room like you get with most hotels and B and B's of that price range. |
