The surroundings and that is pretty much it... Staff unprofessional, romm very small, no services whatsoever, this is definitely not a 4 star hotel... |

Nothing in particular to be honest. Wasn't there long enough. We managed to get a cheap deal but the full room rates are £180 and definitely not worth that! Bathroom was very tired and breakfast took over an hour. Admittedly there had been a wedding the night before but you would think they would have the staff to deal with the extra breakfast guests. |

It's clean and tidy, staff are pretty attentive and facilities are not bad It is a bit remote so eating out is difficult. Bar food is expensive for what you get |

The hotel did not honour the booking of a twin room, giving us a double and after a long journey insisting on an additional charge for two rooms as communication between booking.com and the hotel did not allow a clear booking of a twin roon insopite of this being the confirmation from booking.com |

Nice location and easy parking. Breakfast in room request was ignored and when finally delivered, the quality of coffee was appallling. Lounge/bar area spoiled by inane tv programme - if this is considered essential for some guests, a separate quiet lounge should be provided. |

Reception staff, especially the concierge, were great. The location is excellent, and the grounds fantastic. The room was excellent. The main thing was a staff member walking down the corridor with walkie talkie very loudly which woke me at 5am and again at 6am! There was no decaffinated coffee at breakfast, and the food was not so great, bacon underdone. |
