Episode Hotel  

My daughter was playing national bowls finals which was why location was excellent ,the staff made us very welcome and could not do enough for us . The food was excellent ,very good choice and the ambience in both the resturant and the bar was wonderful . We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wish we could have stayed longer and enjoyed all the facilities. I would definately book again next year and to be honest could not fault it in any way .

Absolutely Nothing

I had a small problem when checking in....there was someone already in the room I was given. This gave me a bit of a fright but the staff couldn't have been more helpful or more apologetic.

Quality of food is below standard

The hotel was in a good location within easy access to the main centre of Leamington. It was good to be able to park within the hotel grounds.

I didn't like the unhelpful girl at the front desk. The bar and restaurant staff, however were very pleasant.The room we stayed in was very spacious but the bed was lumpy and was noisy (creaked). The beautiful big freestanding bath was great except water dripped from its tap onto the floor. I felt the hotel thought it was grand but did not pay enough attention to detail to get it right.

Restaurant food exceptionally good. Staff polite and helpful. Good wine list and good wine at the bar. Would definitely go back or recommend .

No drinking glasses in room, wifi did not work in room. No tissues in tissue box

The rooms are very well designed but would benefit from some minor refurbishment

Excellent location, nice building

Breakfast service was shocking. Table was dirty, partly used butter, side plate and some cutlery left from previous diner Really really poor Staff and service; didn't have a clue I've stayed here many times and like the hotel but this time I was disappointed by the quality of service.

Location. Close to town centre.

Car park is quite small, and nearby street parking is difficult. Internal decor is a bit 'tired'. Breakfast was ok, but not much choice, (ie no scrambled eggs at weekend!).

Stayed in this hotel, as I attended a concert at the assembly rooms, which was a 6 min walk. Hotel in good location, on site parking,Clean bathroom, comfy bed and the full English breakfast was very good.

Generally the hotel appeared to be in need of a good clean communal areas and rooms, all were dusty and grubby looking. The room we had, we were told had recently been refurbished, this was not obvious. The bath was tiny, shower was in the bath and water would get hot and cold when being used. Cream carpet was not in a good state stained and dirty. Windows did not shut well and therefore you could hear noise from the road constantly. By the time u finish using the shower the whole room was steamed up.

Cramped Reception

Hotel room was excellent as were staff and service.

A bit lacking in noise proofing. Lads in room above were talking and moving around till the small hours and it was very noticeable.

Best hotel breakfast I have ever had. Staff very polite and friendly

It was a lovely building, rooms were clean and the staff on reception were very polite.

Did not really enjoy the full english breakfast, found it very dry
