Staff were friendly and accomodating but that is the only good thing I can say Everything else, beds were old and uncomfortable, bathroom was tiny, bedding and towels were old and definately not fluffy, towels were like sandpaper, walls were thin, tv in room did not work, window was held open by a brick....need I say more? |

We liked we could park our car as large car park the room was 12a and freshly decorated. The staff very pleasant. We ate at hotel and the food not expensive. All in a good experience. We were given lots of knformation and we liked the dining room. The train station only 2 minutes away good! |

The staff were very friendly and sociable and nothing was too much trouble for them Although tea and coffee making facilities were available in the bedroom I had to ask for cups at the reception desk and also there were only three portions of milk for two of us and what milk there was appeared to be out of date as bits of cream were floating in the tea and coffee and I poured the tea and coffee down the sink. |

Nothing, the hotel should be closed by the public health officer The rooms were cramped, extremely dirty, smelly and in very poor condition. The en-suite shower was very dirty, showing clear signs of fungus and mould. An attempt to brighten up the rooms was underway, but painting over the existing dirt and badly prepared walls does nothing to improve the effect. I've slept in better bus shelters. |

The breakfast was filling and the staff were helpful and friendly. There were tea making facilities in the room. The shower did not work properly and hot water only dribbled through. There was no hot water in the basin for washing or shaving and so a kettle had to be boiled. |

The hotel is in an ideal location for airport. Edinburgh and dumfirmiline. There Is a local station only few hundred yards away. The airport has a shuttle bus that runs I think half hourly to and from this station. My journey was 20 mintutes away many guests were travelling to and from Edinburgh easily. Great prices comfortable rooms. Also a warm welcome. |

The staff: but they left the hotel yesterday. The owner obviously spends the minimum amount of money on the place: tacky and out-dated furnishings, cold rooms. |
