Extremely friendly and comfortable atmosphere and facilities. Excellent food.

Friendly, helpful staff; super-comfortable bed; hot water always available with good pressure in the shower; room always made up each day and returned to the neat and clean condition I found it in on the first day of visit; breakfast always served swiftly with nice background music; tea, coffee etc. in room always replenished each day.

The cleanliness, the food and the power shower. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful with all aspects of our stay. They gave advice and provided written directions of places of interest. The location was wonderful - so close to beach and lovely coastal walks.

There was nothing to dislike about this place.

Hannah's greeting was most welcoming and we were quickly made to feel at home, and indeed both David and Clive were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was varied and well presented, and service was very good.

The only criticism would be the size of the en-suite shower room which was far too narrow, although well appointed. If we were to return to Bosanneth we would ask for a room with a larger en-suite.

The hosts were very very helpful and good to us. They were exceptionally kind and understanding of our situation (our car broke down on our way to Falmouth) and we are grateful. The house was well kept, very clean, good ambiance, great view, breakfast was fantastic, hosts were very friendly and parking. We loved and enjoyed our stay there :)

Expected slightly larger room

Attention to details was humbling. Although this was our first time at the Bosanneth it felt like we had been guests for years. Very welcoming and a perfect stay for a perfect weekend !

Very well appointed guest house, with very comfortable room. Huge super king sized bed. Spotlessly clean. Two minute walk to the beach. Excellent choice of breakfast. Friendly service and advice.

The attention to detail in the room, a lot if thought had been given to decoration and accessories. The service was excellent without being intrusive.
