Excellent location. The staff were very kind.
The staff were really friendly. The girl on reception was really helpful. We had freeview so some entertainment and the beds were quite comfortable. The location was perfect for our needs - just a 5 minute walk to Mable Arch station and Hyde Park.
When we checked in the room we were allocated had not been cleaned yet. Its expected when you stay in an hotel that someone will have slept in the bed before you but you don't want it to be obvious. But what we saw was crumpled bedding, full bins and wet towels on the floor. As well as this the shower curtain had mould on it and there was no hand soap in the bathroom.
The breakfast that was supposed to be breakfast consisted of 2slices of toast and a half glass of ok What a joke
The room size .... Its too small and the bathroom
Th eplace of the Hotel
Location is so good. It is so good!!!
Well, room it is not so lovely, bed makes noise when ever you move. Windows are just like plastic, every sound on the street you can hear even if somebody is talking on the street you really can here what they are talking about. Restroom, well you have to used so you just have to :) Breakfast was two bread with butter and jam, glass of juice. That´s it. But I still recomented this because the location is so GOOD.
everything was cheap, tied, old, broken.
The staff were very helpful
My room was very basic and noisy - not surprising given the central location
Extra good location. Nice staff and all under control. :-)
Breakfast wery simple.
Staff extremely helpful.
No faults for me
location, WiFi, good mattress
tiny rooms, toilet is outside of the room, shower cabin is installed to the room like you r living in the bathroom, absence of the breakfast room (served to the room), cheap, instant coffee.
Really great value for the money! Excellent location, very friendly staff and I would recommend this hotel very strongly.
Great location, near underground, shopping street and park. Hotel was very nice, helpful personal, room was small but enough for two people. We come in London for couple days for shopping and choose cheap hotel and Boston Court was great for this case. In room they have fridge, tv, even wifi( in booking was written that they do not have wifi but actually it was). For breakfast they bing toasts and juice to the room, what is very comfortable.
Our room was on the 4th floor and in hotel no lift, but it was not a problem, it may be a problem for pensioners or families with small children.
the staff is really nice
dirty, awful, shower doesn't work, no hot water, noisy, really not good!
The price was good and the bed was comfortable. It was very close to where I needed to be.
The shower was very poor and it was very noisy quite late in to the night. The overall place was a bit dated and shabby.
Shower was rubbish, no bath mat dangerous. Got a bang to the head off I low level shelf. Shelf in the bathroom fell off the wall. Breakfast was served in the bedroom. Very basic 2 slices of toast wrapped in a piece of kitchen towel, small glass of juice and tea and coffee presented in a plastic cup.
Friendly and relaxed staff. quiet room considering location. liked having a fridge in the room too.
shower head was broken & 'continental breakfast' was just jam on toast.
I like that the receptionist helped very mach were to go and wtich shops are the best we're to eat witch bus to cathch that I liked it very match
The break fast was very poor and we had to eat in our room to
Location location location
We liked the location most. It is right in the center of London, 5 mins from the Marble Arch tube station, supermarket and the Hyde Park. Another thing is the bed. The bed was really soft and cozy. It was really pleasant to sleep on it. Perfect for overnight. Also good thing is that on the entrance they have a shelf with city maps, sightseeing brochures, restaurant offers, etc. Good to take away and explore the city. Working kettle, fridge and TV in the room.
There were much more negative aspects of staying at the hotel. First of all, when we arrived the entrance door was closed. After 5 minutes of constant bell ringing noone has opened the door. And only when I stood close to the camera they opened the door. Poor... Next, the cleaning service made horrible first impression. Our room was dirty from previous guests and hotel staff didn't manage to clean it before our arrival. So instead of having a small rest we had to leave the luggage and go directly to the city so that not to be in that mess. Hopefully, they cleaned everything afterall. Poor... Next, instead of tee/coffee machine (as it was written in the describtion) there was a plastic cup with some teabags, sugars and instant coffees inside. Kettle was working good, but overall disappointed...also one of the cups was dirty inside, so i had to wait 15 mins to have it replaced. Next, the bathroom had 2 separate taps for cold and hot water. Very uncomfortable to wash in the morning. Shower was working ok, but still clumsy. Also the window in the bathroom was broken so it was impossible to close it. Poor... Also it was very cold in the room. Only after talking to staff they gave heat. Poor... Keep in mind that in Britain sockets are different than in EU :) I wasn't able to charge my phone. The continental breakfast is poor - some toasts, small jar of jam, butter and 2 glass of orange juice. That's for 2 people... Overall value for the money is poor. Hotel is good to stay over night, but don't have high expectations on this one. Next time I will book something esle. Hope you find it useful. Cheers!
Very friendly and efficient staff. made to feel very welcome. great location. very good value for central London. got exactly what i paid for and was expecting. Honest value.
softest mattress ever. tired decor. would have been happier with a slightly cleaner bathroom.
I didn't like anything thank you. Horrible waste of hard earned money.
The heater was next to the window and so, the room was cold. The reception buzzer and people outside were noisy, the continental breakfast was inadequate, no towels or soap or kettle in the room provided without requesting first and the bathroom was two flights up. This place was the biggest rip-off at the scandalous price of 120 pounds for a single room! I'd never stay here again. They should be ashamed at charging so much for so little.
Nothing at all...the room was unclean and tucked up in a corner near the roof, the hotel staff were not to be seen so that you have to wait for them endlessly upon check out.
