Spacious, parking facilities

Had been smoked in, the smell was rather pungent, but got told by the management company it wasn't the case ( why would I bother emailing if it wasn't ???)

Nice place close to the supermarket & bars etc

Check in / out procedure. Had to get they keys from an office roughly 0.5 miles away. Checking out I had to take them back there. They could perhaps be left in the apartments post box on check out.

Excellent apartment, maintained to a very high standard. It was fantastic- the kids loved it!

Would be useful to have some information about the heating system( we did figure it out!) the dustbin-recycling etc as that varies within uk. Also, some curtains (currently blinds)in the bedrooms would make them more comfortable.

The apartment had everything we needed. It was warm, clean and in a good location it was worth the money. We have booked another 2 apartments for Christmas.

Germaine Bourdeaux was incredibly helpful getting us the keys last minute. The apartment was larger than I'd booked, very clean, and stylishly appointed. If only we were staying longer than over night! If there were 4 people staying in this self catering apartment, it's a very economical way to spend your time in Milton Keynes.

The apartment was a little tricky to find late at night - we wandered around for a long time and had to request the aid of a cabbie! But we were new to the town and it was very late...

Location. Price.

Unlean Bathroom. Unable to contact people on leaving the apartment. Unclear of where to leave keys as nobody was there on a sunday. Unclear as to how the apartment should be left.

Clean and comfortable apartment, with plenty of space, Sky TV and Broadband included.

The apartment was private, spacious and very clean. It had good security to the apartment with a concierge available 24hrs.

No welcome or information pack, lack of sky channels and mobile phone coverage

Functional. The keys could have been collected from the Concierge. It's a fiddle having to locate Gloucster House.

Flat 12, Ruby Both beds were uncomfortable and of poor quality. The matresses were sagging in the middle. None of the party had a good sleep. The flat smelled of stale smoke. There were plug in air fresheners to mask the smell which made it worse.

A beautiful apartment very chic clean and modern loved it!

The location was ideal.

We had problems locating the key to get into the appartment. Given the wrong codes to entre the building from the street level, probelms getting in the building other than having to follow other people in. The place had not been dusted in an age. An advertising poster was still covering our balcany`s glass/view...all beit our view was advertizsed as looking on to the hub..not the desilate and dead back of the building. Apart from the location I would not recommend your company due to ill advertising and follow through.

The location was excellent

I have stayed in other serviced apartments, but found this one to be one of the worst - the wifi and tv didn't work properly, there was no milk in the fridge and nothing to wash up with

Location was fantastic for our needs and Jade was very welcoming. Apartment itself very clean and spacious.

Awfully squeaky bed, noisy complex (until 3am on both nights)

Felt like at home, good location, wi fi, parking. Ticked all the boxes for us.

I did not like the fact of having to pick up the keys at a different location.

Heating didnt work. Cutlery and crockery had not been cleaned. Fridge wasn't cleam

Great location, staff very welcoming and accomodating, very clean and overall a very enjoyable stay. Fantastic place to stay for concerts at the Bowl, and excallent place for an pre/post party.

Inconvenience of dropping keys off at different location the next morning - especially given there is a concierge desk in the building. Also check out time was too early in my opinion. 11 or 12 would have been much more customer friendly.

I loved the location and the comfort of the apartment which was very modern and close to restaurants and the supermarket.

The wifi did not not work throughout my stay and the dvd player/ music player had been bundled into the storage cupboard. As these were one of the main requirements for staying, it was a little bit of a let down especially when we required the wifi for work purposes!!

Nothing it was a shocking nothing was up to standard the people looking after us where very impolite it just wasn't good overall service at all.
