the hospitality was lovely, nothing was too much trouble. We were greeted with a delicious home made cake and hot drink and the accomodation was amazing
having to go home
A very warm welcome on our arrival, beautiful accommodation, stunning surroundings, clean, cosy and comfortable, delicious breakfasts, perfect hosts in a perfect place to stay.
Fantastic friendly facilities that made us feel very welcome as members of their family rather than as paying guests.
Having to go home!
Extremely spacious, immaculately clean, very well appointed, really good breakfasts, and all those little extras that made it a real pleasure, including home made cakes!
Could not fault Bournestream. Sue is the most hospitable and friendly host and she offers a real home from home ... only better. Really enjoyable stay and will definitely be returning.
Friendly owner, beautiful place to stay. Would highly recommend.
A home from home Great friendly welcome and great food.
A good place to stay for visiting Exmoor and the north coast of Somerset.Clean and pleasant accommodation and an excellent choice for breakfast.
A beautiful place to stay , very cozy and very welcoming, a brilliant swimming pool set up and a lovely breakfast with hand picked mushrooms sue gathered from the field before she made our breakfast, the children were very settled in our family room, we will defiantly be returning , highly recommended !! :d Kirsty bob Georgia & bobby..
After a very warm, friendly welcome from Sue before we'd even reached the door,we were served a much appreciated tea/coffee & delicious home-made blackberry sponge cake in the beautiful surroundings of the tranquil lawned garden. We stayed in the 'apartment style' 2 bedroom annexe with our own front door & sitting room, both with lovely views of the garden & hills beyond. A very comfortable stay, followed by a delicious full English breakfast. Unfortunately we didn't have time to enjoy the inviting outdoor swimming pool. What a lovely place! Thank you,Sue. P.S. We also saw the brightest 'shooting star' that evening.~~~##
A very warm welcome, nice swimmingpool, a second bathroom upstairs, beautiful garden.
Very friendly and helpful owners; good location near Exmoor Minehead, two large and comfortable rooms, two toilets, very large double bed, nice home made cakes in the afternoon!
Although this unit wasn't self catering perhaps more facilities could be offered for longer stays; such as a fridge and a microwave.
A wonderful welcome from Sue with first class hospitality from the start. We could not have wished for a better start to our holiday, especially tea and cake in the gardens when we arrived. Comfortable beds and a lovely breakfast too. Will definitely come again. The pool was an added bonus
Nothing not to like!
Most of all we liked the feeling of being welcome and dearly cared for. We felt like occuying half of the building and living in a holiday flat rather than a B&B. Not to forget the pool and nice places to have one`s tea outside (unexspectedtly offered by Sue). Individual preferences for the morning breakfast can be made via a tick-off notice. We can only recommend a stay at this place.
Nothing at all that we could/would name here. Just pay special attention to the traffic when turning into the entrance path. It´s a little tricky when you are used to driving on the "wrong" handside.
A very warm welcome from Sue and Chris - everything here is finished off with a personal touch, making this place stand out from the others. Breakfast is fantastic, cooked just the way you want it.
Cakes in the room on arrival, friendly welcome - nothing was too much trouble. I slept so well! Added bonus of a swimming pool. All in all, it was a great stay overnight.
A personable approach with attention to detail. Every comfort of home and delightful surroundings. Better than many supposed first class hotels. Good access, pleasant location and plenty to do nearby. A good centre for touring the area.
Loved Sue's warm welcome and friendliness. Her thoughtful touches make this a very special place to stay. Ideal for families as you can wear them out in the pool, tuck them up in bed and then enjoy the lounge downstairs.
The owner, Sue, was a lovely lady. she greeted us upon arrival with a much needed pot of tea and home made cake! The bed and breakfast accommodation is beautiful and the pool is such a special treat. It is only 5 mins from Minehead beach but you can really walk from the accommodation as there is no footpath but this didn't stop us from having a wonderful break. I would definitely recommend this to anyone, young or old alike. Don't hesitate just book.
Very nice B&B. I would definitely stay there again.
hospitality was great, was also left alone to do what we wanted, like swimming. nothing was to much trouble. will return and also highly recomend
getting up early lol
Every comfort was catered for, and little extras that make all the difference. Wonderful welcome, food excellent. Nothing to dislike.
Excellent hospitality, food etc even gave us a lift to the party.
Road a little dangerous for walking along.
The warm welcome that radiated thought our stay. Home from home feel. All our comforts catered for.
