Got what we paid for. Nothing fancy, but value for money.

Some of the decor is a little dated but nothing dramatic.

Having stayed before we were aware that this is a friendly and comfortable hotel perfectly located for the visits we have to make to family members. Very good all round. The evening dinner menu could be more extensive but with such relatively small numbers staying at this time of year the trucated offering is understandable.

Good location for the areas we wanted to visit. The bar food was reasonably priced and quite good.

The only thing I did not like was the thinness of the room walls. This may not be the case for every room but I was woken at least couple of times a night by next door using the bathroom. The click of the light switch, the water going on, flushing the loo! Thank goodness they didn't decide to take a shower during the night also! We stayed three nights and I could not have stayed any longer for lack of sleep. Obviously, if I hadn't had a neighbour with nocturnal problems, there wouldn't have been any negative comment.

The atmosphere, surrounding and location of the hotel was relaxing and pleasing. The tariff charged was within our budget and offered top quality for the price paid. Rooms were A1 clean and the super sized bed was wonderful. The hotel was out in the countryside but close enough for amenities. We will book again sometime and have recommended this hotel to other friends and golfing fans. The staff were extremely nice and the food served was excellent and plenty of it. We have stayed in alot of hotels and rate Bowood Park Hotel very highly, ticked all the boxes for us

The hotel was very convenient for us to visit our daughter. On arrival the receptionist was very helpful and friendly. The views were pretty amazing.

As a returning couple we loved everything (again) about our stay at the Bowood, staff were fantastic very friendly and welcoming nothing was to much troble, the food was excellent once again and yet again the scrambled egg was still fantastic. Our bedroom was beautiful with a balcony that over looked the golf course we spent one evening sat out on the balcony watching the sunset very romantic and tranquil. We can not wait until we get the chance to stay at Bowood again.

There was absolutely nothing we could complain about the hotel was excellent.

I liked my stay and I like my room and a also liked my dinner it was nice and healty and I liked how you tidy my room and I liked the garden and the cows and the sheeps on the entrance and the bathroom and the lights and the vaue of the money lyba daughter

There is no swimming pool and helth club

Great Location, excellent food.

Walls are very thin and could hear golfers talking
