La propieta' della struttura molto gentile ma invadente vista anche la difficolta' con la lingua, avevo prenotato camera vista mare, Inesistente, colazione scarsa e scadente.

Helen the owner was lovely . Very welcoming and friendly and went the extra mile on making sure we knew lots about Brighton

Great service, they went out of their way to make the stay go as well as possible. Good cooked breakfast & coffee.

The nice welcoming from Helen, their to help when needed. And was very supportive about our upcoming marathon, and gave us a bottle and note to congratulate us. Clean room, keeping it tidy daily.

Didn't hear much from her husband. Both showers didn't work very well, not great power.

Helen and William were amazing! They looked after my wife and I brilliantly, even leaving a bottle a cava in our room as congratulations for running the marathon. I'm looking forward to staying there again.

Nothing bad to say about it at all

Helen is very welcoming and warm. She wants you to have a great stay and is pleased to help with anything. The room was very pleasant and was good to have an ensuite.

Breakfast and the check out time were far too early in our opinion - 11 or 12pm would have suited us much better especially as we had been at a wedding until late on the Sat night.

Helen, the owner of Boydens house, was extremely friendly and welcoming us with bright smile. The room we stayed as fantastic, especially for young couple and breakfast was great too. Just a few mins to walk to central Brighton and Brighton Pier, and lots of restaurants, pubs, bars, and supermakets around area. I'd like to strongly recommend it to my friends and families.

Comfortable clean room in a good location for shopping, beach and nightlife but on a nice quiet road-ideal location. Helen the landlady is very friendly and helpful. And a great breakfast-))

Well situated for Brighton's attractions, and everyone was very friendly.

Helen the owner was very friendly. My room was basic but had everything that I needed. The bed was very comfortable.

The owners of Boydens (Helen & her husband) were extremely friendly and accommodating, making sure everything about our stay was comfortable and enjoyable! Our room was lovely and clean as was the shower room, with a boutique style feel to it - Always made up when we returned from a day out! The bed was nice and big and very comfortable! Boydens is on a fairly quiet side street which adds to the relaxed ambience of the accomodation, but with enough movemt outside to make you feel like you're still close to the city. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay & we definitely be returning! Would recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable & friendly bed & breakfast which is definitely worth what you pay for!

Upon arriving Helen had stayed due to late arrival, upon which she happily advised on were to park. She was very friendly and very helpful, with great local knowledge. The rooms where nice, comfort & very clean.

The only downside was that the en-suite wash basin is very small.

Helen and her husband were both fantastic! Hotel was situated in the best place possible, ideal for every attraction in Brighton. It was just a super friendly atmosphere, lovely hotel, what more can I say, just brilliant Thank you for making our holiday in Brighton perfect

The guest house is in a convenient location in a quiet street. Helen the owner is lovely, helpful and friendly. Her guest house was one of the few we could find in Brighton that would let us stay one night. The bed was comfy and it was peaceful at night. The breakfast was delicious with a good choice. Boydens will be the first place I'll ring if we need a b&b in Brighton again.

Very friendly & helpful hosts. spotlessly clean, breakfast was excellent. This is a little gem in Brighton and I have no hesitation in recommending this guest house. I will definitely return.

I loved staying in the Boydens. - it is seaside guest house which does a full English breakfas and other types of breakfastt! I stayed for 2 nights for week-end 12-13 May. Room was very clean, comfortable, great value for money, guest house is near from the sea and the center! Helen and William, the owners, were very welcoming and helpful arming me with a map on my first day and pointing out all the hot spots for food and shopping in Brighton. Thank you very much! I will recommend it to all my friends visiting Brighton.

Helen, de gastvrouw, is een super vriendelijke en behulpzame dame die alles doet om het je naar de zin te maken. Boydens ligt op een kwartiertje lopen van het centrum van Brighton en op minder dan 10 minuten lopen van de zee.

Onze kamer was aan de krappe kant; om het bed lopen was aan één kant moeilijk. Er was ook maar ruimte voor één stoel. Het badkamertje was heel erg klein; douche en toilet oké maar de wastafel was slechts een klein fonteintje met koud water.

L'accueil chaleureux et très arrangeant. Tout a été fait pour rendre notre séjour agréable. Le petit déjeuner était excellent et convivial. Helen a plein de bonnes adresses à partager, et sera d'excellents conseils si vous voulez découvrir le coin. Le confort des chambres était tout à fait convenable, avec une cabine de douche et une propreté irréprochable. La situation géographique est idéale, à 200m à peine du front de mer.

Difficile de se garer dans le quartier, prévoir de vous garer un peu plus loin du front de mer, avant Sussex Street, le stationnement est gratuit dans cette zone.

Es wurde sehr eingegangen auf die Gäste, seien es kleine Wünsche beim Frühstück oder Hilfe bei der weiteren Planung der Reise - es gab immer ein offenes Ohr.

Clean, well decorated room in a lovely area close to the sea side and brighton pier. Quiet little guest house, small rooms but perfect if your not spending much time in them. Helen the owner very friendly and welcoming lady who always seems genuinely happy to see and speak to you.

Not many tea bags or sugar provided for those who like their sugar and tea, we ended up buying our own, parking was a bit mad but we was aware of it as we was close to the sea and a popular location. A little on the pricey side but in Brighton not much is cheap at all so this is a good deal as Brighton prices go.

Extremely small bathroom and wash bin. I could nearly enter and wash my hands.
