Short walk to hammersmith broadway and tube station. Great value for money.
No drinking glasses were available , only two mugs and only a wine glass. Only two teabags and two small milks ( usually takes more than two milks for 1 cup alone) Very noisy if sleeping in the first room as front door slams extremely loud
The location is perfect just a few mins from the tube with a nice town close by
Was basically a room with an on suite bathroom not a studio apartment which was what was offered, paint on the bottom of shower cubicle, no breakfast bar just a couple of wooden chairs, bed dipped on 1 side making it really uncomfortable and had bk ache the following day, the cooking facilities was 2 electrical hob rings tucked away in a corner next to the sink making it nearly impossible to cook on, room was far too hot so had to leave window open all night and then there was building noise at 7 in the morning overall it would do for 1 night but no longer and was totally over priced for how poor it was would not recommend at all.
The apartment is near the Hammersmith underground and quiet enough. Quite spacious I can fully open my luggage. The bed is comfortable. the kitchen is fully equipped so I can cook to save money.
No unsatisfaction except I needed to carry my luggage to 2nd floor and there is no lift.
Not a lot
Most of it
We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment apartment which was well equipped for for a self catering holiday, 15/ 20 minute walk to the tube. Hammersmith was a good base for our London stay. In a nice quiet street.
Heating did not work the first 2 days, on the second evening staff came around to the apartment with a portable electrical heater, a couple mornings water was cold.
The room light is very dim and they should have changed the bulb. There isn't even a shade for the ceiling light! The room was only cleaned once for the entire 4 days of booking. The WiFi is unusable unless you stand at the doorway.
Location Overall Facilities Friendly Agent Overall Service
Room (No1) was next to front door so little sleep Unit housing the kitchen although working was a bit tatty, a shame as this let the quality of the room down a little.
Location, collection for keys easy
- cleaning ++ - position +++ (about 5 minutes to Hammersmith Underground Station) - quiet location +++
AVOID AT ALL COSTS LOOKS TERRIBLE, SMELLS TERRIBLE, THE HEATING DOESNT WORK AND NEITHER DOES THE SHOWERS TERRIBLE MAKE SHIFT APARTMENTS. AVOID!!!
The location was excellent For what we needed The apartment was perfect for what we wanted
The Mattress that I slept on wasn't great
Clean and comfortable. Wi-fi pretty good.
TV seemed to have only a few channels. Hammersmith tube station is a brisk 10 minute walk for anyone other than a top athlete!
Location great Restaurant next door very good and very helpful
Entrance hall smells damp and looks dirty Would not use kitchen sink Think the photos I reviewed where taken about 10 years ago the place us very worn out Ok for working mans "digs" Sorry but I won't stay again!!!!
The apartment is within a reasonable distance of a subway station
We stayed in Brackenbury Apartments in Hammersmit, two adults and two teenagers in apartment No. 4 - a one bedroom apartment. The apartment is very small and crowded, the bedroom is small and there is no place for luggage. The bed was very uncomfortable for two people. The rest room was small and narrow . It was impossible to wash without flooding the floor since the bath's shield is broken, and although we asked to fix it, nothig was dome. It was very unpleasant to take a shower because the water temperature is constantly changing from very cold to very hot. The residential unit, comprising an opening sofa (that was really uncomfortable to sleep on), a kitchenette, and a dining table, is not suitable for 4 people. Upon arrival, we asked for two hand towels and two pillows, and although we asked several times, we received no response until we left the place. To make a story short, what was presented in the publications as a deluxe apartment was certainly not one. We stayed in several vacation apartments so far, and this is the worst apartment we stayed in . We will certainly not recommend our friends to stay in this apartment.
Plenty big enough, perfect for staying away for a few nights and you want to cater for yourself. Clean and comfy and well equipped.
The apartments are not at the postcode of the business. The business address is an estate agents where you check in. The apartments are a relatively short walk down the road and round a few corners. Sadly the other way from where I'd come from which made it seem further and was a bit of a surprise but shouldn't be an issue if you know to expect it.
The location was excellent, only a 10 minute walk from the station and was perfect as we were going to the Hammersmith Apollo. It's also very convenient for travelling into central London, being on one of the major underground lines. The room itself was clean and comfortable (if a little worn). It's a typical London apartment really for the price. Compact, but it does the job and for the price, was definitely value for money. The location also was really quiet. A few works going on but you can't help that. It was very peaceful at night to get a good night's sleep ready for sight seeing the following day.
As I say, the apartment was a little small. We stayed two nights. It wouldn't be somewhere you could entertain guests for cooking, as there were only two hobs. But, who goes away fro the weekend to eat in! I don't like really putting this as a negative, but it is something to think about if you're doing things on a budget. There were some marks on the carpet, and an iron scorch mark also so may the place could just do with a lick of paint and a new carpet (maybe laminate and then it's a quick mop around)?
The location is different than what is the map showing its a little farther.
Very quiet location Good kitchen facilities
Awful shower Curtains which don't close properly
Very polite staff clean room Last time apartment was super clean and classy
Looks like damp had been in room. Door lock was loose. No net curtains so room was dark Shower hook broken. Cold room. kept awake by noisy fridge, slamming front doors & sound of dripping water
Great location Friendly manager and welcome Room appeared comfortable on arrival
No hot water in shower on Sunday morning - completely unacceptable No blind on skylight window so light flooded into bedroom very early in the morning Only one Ikea mug which had broken handle stuck back on
We were attending a concert at the Hammersmith Apollo so the location was perfect. Short walk to good restaurants & bars & located in a pleasant ,leafy suburb. The apartment was extremely clean & had a functional IKEA ' kitchen in a cupboard' !
We were in a ground floor flat & could hear all movements in the apartment above, fortunately the occupants weren't too noisy but it could have been an issue!
Nothing at all.
NO INTERNET at all during all our 4 nights staying (we asked the staff to solve this problem for 3 times - no result). There was a smell in the hall and in the room (like someone just poisoned insects). Room was really small, no dining area, even a table. No kitchenware (like pot, pan) and we given the room different from the picture we booked... The metro is 15 minutes walking.
Good location near tube stop and some lovely local shops. Room was basic but fine for the cheap price.
We had 2 rooms in total and none of us could shower as there was no hot water at all. We tried calling 2 different numbers for the Brackenbury Estates but no answer and the shop was not open. This was very bad service and we were all very disappointed.
location is good-close to tube station, boss was nice when we had a complain about our very noisy night which came from the other rooms, microwave was useful,
bed was small room was small bathroom floor looked dirty-but it was only the marks
position was good
so small cramp and lot of noise from other rooms
