The staff and breakfast!
Wonderful bed in room 9, and lots of room, and a nice window bay. A small jar of jelly baby's was also a nice touch. Excellent location, landlord is a lovely and knowledgeable man.
Parking is available, but getting in and out is a challenge. Looks a little tired, but not bad for the price
Great hospitality, arrive night before my wedding, nothing was to much trouble help to ease the nerves. Great breakfast and feed the bestman well also. Thanks guys.
Thee breakfast was delicious Hosts were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The bed was very comfortable.
The en-suite was a little small but adequate. Only one bath and hand towel laid out for 2 people.
All of it
friendly owners, good location, quiet
quite small, some furnishings and decor a little tired
Beds were comfortable. Up in the eaves of the hotel so up with the birds. Plenty of tea and coffee sachets and milk. Very friendly welcome and clean sheets with nice comfy mattress. Good bedroom facilities and very cosy.
Bathroom wasn't particularly clean. No shower curtain and so if you showered without detaching the shower head the water went all over the floor. Someone else's hairs were in the shower and the skirting board near the toilet wasn't clean. The chrome toilet roll holder and chrome soap holders in the shower were rusty. Sink too small to wash properly. All in all, bathroom needed attention. Plenty of choice at breakfast and full English breakfast was good except the hash brown which had been either overcooked or cooked in old fat. I guess you get what you pay for.
The Braddon is in a good location, clean and welcoming. Nice breakfast and plenty of options from full english to yogurt and cereals.Bed was very comfortable. On the whole a nice stay.
On this occasion our en suite was a little small, so will ask for a room with bigger suite.
Debbie and Wayne were great hosts. Very friendly and on hand to recommend day trips. Would definitely stay again.
It was as good as being at home but with an excellent breakfast thrown in
hotel`s position in relation to town and harbour. Room and breakfast very good. Helpful staff.
We knew that the parking area was steep but it was not that bad.
The stay at Braddon Hall added to our short anniversary get away. The hosts were extremely welcoming and the breakfast great. Cant fault it. Can only get better!!!
Our short time there. will arrange to stay longer next time.
Quiet location but near to the town centre
Off street parking- but a little difficult to negotiate particularly if arriving in dark.
Close proximity to main shops and restaurants. Only there for one night but slept like a log.
TV needed updating to flat screen.
The breakfast was great plenty of it good value for your money.
breakfast was O/K
Not a lot really Hotel rundown room a bit dity worst bathroom i ever seen would not stay there again
The room we had seemed to have turned a cupboard into the bathroom. Too small and claustrophobic.
very comfortable beds; landlady and her hubby were very friendly, breakfast was excellent, beautiful breakfast room, twin room was well decorated with a good hospitality tray; had a great view from the top of the house
very small shower room (but it didn't detract anything from out stay)
Very comfortable bed. Very good breakfast. A nice couple running the hotel, very helpful and knowledgable about the area giving you places of interest to go and see.
weather was warm for the time of year and the quilt was a bit hot for the weather. We only stayed for 3 nights so did not bother to ask for a lighter quilt in case the weather changed.
Breakfast Comfortable bed
The drive was steep with a hairpin halfway up, and the parking awkward, although parking in the road outside was possible at night. En-suite was cramped.
It's proximity to the town and facilities, including bus stop. Hosts were very welcoming and easy to talk too, the breakfasts were excellent and a good choice of food was available.
The climb up Babbacombe Road to the Hotel and then having to climb quite steeply to the entrance door. Room was a little cramped
The staff was friendly, the breakfast quick and fresh and good quality. The bed was very comfortable. I really had a good time staying at Braddon Hall.
Room no 10 was very small we would stay there again but in a better room.
We were made to feel welcome and well catered for. The room was excellent and the location of Braddon Hall is ideal.
