breakfast was excellent, hotel was basic, you get what you pay for. room was very small, more like a double room with an extra single bed sat in the window, you had difficulty walking round bed to get to bathroom, room didn't get hoovered the whole time we were there, the bathroom never got cleaned either, the room/bathroom were that small it would only have taken a few minutes, just for basic hygene reasons, we also had to get toilet roll and milk one day as the milk never got topped up until about 8pm, we didn't need any more toilet roll as we had got it ourselves

The staff did try to be helpful. It was close to the things we went to see. There was no indication that this was not a family hotel which should have been the case as we booked as 2 grandparents and a 4 year old grandson. It would be helpful if the site had this information. The other residents were there for noisy parties and we had to complain about the noise and obscenities from the residents in the next room. We were put on the top floor (no lift) when we had booked 11 months earlier. Our comments to the landlady about inappropriate behaviour were met with the response that we should expect this when staying in a town centre hotel. This was illogical as the noise about which I complained came from within the hotel.

The friendliness off the staff and the way you feel that you were staying with friends instead a hotel. Excellent. More than likely to return. As I said, the staff were amazing. Highly recommending it to friends for both family and weekend visits.

From arrival until departure we were made to feel very welcome. The room was ready on arrival and we were able to stay until time to go to airport on our final day. The location is perfect for all attractions, shopping & restaurants. The rooms are very comfortable and clean, and the breakfasts were excellent. Lesley and the team booked taxis and restaurants and recommended lots of places to go - they were more than helpful. Would recommend Bradley's Hotel to anyone and will def stay again. 10/10

Central location to main Blackpool activities and very close to Blackpool North train station and Blackpool tower. Rooms were comfortable with small ensuite and tea and coffee available in room. Very informal and relaxed atmosphere and would recommend to others. Staff were friendly and service oriented - we got access to our rooms early on arrival, were allowed to leave our bags while we visited Blackpool attractions on day of departure, and were given first class bacon butties to go, for breakfast.

O que mais me agradou durante a estadia no bradleys hotel foram os Funcionários. São pessoas 5*, e demonstraram sempre um carinho pelo nosso grupo (18) e fomos muito bem recebidos e acolhidos no hotel.
