The staff were fantastic. I left something behind and I emailed them after I left. They responded quickly and helpfully. I sent a stamped addressed envelope to the hotel and they popped it inside and gave it to the postman (no post office in town) They were super helpful throughout

Lovely hotel location and nice big rooms On check in our double room door didn’t lock. The two ladies tried to fix it but couldn’t so we were then given a twin room with larger disabled friendly bathroom. Our room was at the front with large bay window and lovely view Breakfast was very nice too Can’t fault our stay at all Very friendly helpful reception staff .thank you again ladies ! We will be back

Location really made this, in the middle of the tiniest place, in an absolutely beautiful place in the country. So peaceful it was serene. The air quality is so great around here, and you are right next to the loch, and can sit out on it just before the property in a small tree'd area. The accommodation has lots of charm, and is very real. No huge frills in the room, and it is warm and welcoming in 'your grandparents house' kind of way, without any of that tacky old stuff that old people have. Any concerns you might have on paper are immediately disqualified by the location and the authenticness of the house. Great breakfast, really attentive and friendly hosts - whilst still being themselves!

That it was in the middle of nowhere and actually really loved the fact that there was no phone signal. So was able to completely switch off for the weekend. Loved that there was board games to play and loved how friendly vicky was :)
