The staff were excellent and very friendly. The food was also excellent as I had food in the bar on my first night so wasn't sure what to expect but it was just gorgeous. Although clean and tidy the shower could do with some refurbishment. It did not detract from my stay however. - just a comment. |

Yes resident had to eat in the public bar could only use the resurant if havin al'a'carte food bar food only ok nothing special rooms are very small no good if u have a disable person with you like we did |

the food was very good,and location was handy just a few hundred yards from town centre. the room view was lovely,until you look down below the window to a skip full of rubbish and bins.therefore unable to keep window open due to fly's coming into the room. |

Friendly service with good quality breakfasts. Rooms were very pleasant and promptly cleaned each day. Parking arrangements - very tight little roads. |

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, das Frühstück gut. Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Strandpromenade mit Blick auf den Moray Firth. Durch die Lage unseres Zimmers direkt über der Küche (Abfälle) und des Dunstabzugs konnte an ein offenes Fenster durch die Gerüche nicht gedacht werden. Das sehr kleine Badezimmer schien schon seit Tagen nicht mehr geputzt worden zu sein. Das Hotel verfügt über keine hoteleigenen Parkplätze. |
