Spotlessly clean Comfy bed Fab piping hot breakfast Very hepful staff
A fantastic place to stay, beautiful house and really nice people. It's a home from home.
From the warm welcome and the friendly service, everything about this N & B is quite outstanding. We strongly recommend.
Warm welcome, drink on arrival, good facilities, friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfasts, local knowledge readily available, nothing was too much trouble and everything worked!
The staff and host were very helpful and friendly. Very impressed with the whole experience. Excellent breakfast, clean and comfortable. Thanks so much for making our stay pleasant.
Staff we're very good, helpful & friendly. Room was good & comfortable. Breakfast was very good.
Noise level outside room was far too high even late in the evening And early in the morning, which was amazing given that everything else was more than satisfactory.
Friendly welcome. Great breakfast. Comfortable lounge for guests
Couldn't get tv in lounge to work although we could access iplayer! A very minor complaint!
The welcome, the tea on arrival, the help to find excellent eating places and an introduction to the key players we wanted to meet in the `YES` Referendum campaign
Very clean, very comfortable, very friendly. Very well appointed. Lovely breakfast and a lovely lady. Totally satisfied with stay.
We stumbled upon this little gem by accident, and we will certainly not go elsewhere as long as they have room. Definitely recommend to anyone!
Comfort++ Friendly people++ Fabulous house++ Easy to find. Parking++ Hummy food++
Friendly welcome and lovely house.
It was smart stylish clean food good staff polite and helpful. I would definitely come again.
TV in dining room. I hate TV when I am eating.
Diane was really friendly right from the off and went out of her way to help us; nothing was too much trouble. Braidmead is a beautiful house, elegantly decorated with quality furniture. The entire place was immaculately clean. Our room was very comfortable with a lovely shower room. Big flat screen TV. The full Scottish breakfast was beautifully cooked and plenty of it. Right up there with the best cooked breakfasts I've had. Only a short walk to town. Plenty of parking.
I really cannot think of anything we didn't like other than having to leave!
Braidmead House is one of those little gems you stumble on when travelling. Great facility with lovely staff. Welcomed as you check in with a pot of tea or coffee and home made cakes and biscuits ,no charge. Staff willing to chat about what to do in the local area and where to eat. Lots of little personal recommendations. Couldn't fault it. My second visit here and will be going there again if in the area.
The lady who owns the hotel is lovely and made me feel very welcome The staff at breakfast were also lovely Comfy, nicely decorated room Comfy bed Good temperature Some toiletries provided Comfortable lounge area Personal touch evident all round Decent selection of food for breakfast
Everything, will definitely return as such a warm welcome, comfortable room, great breakfast and location. The sumptuous lounge was fab. Wished we had planned to stay longer :-)
The bed was the best I've slept in & the room was very spacious & spotless. The breakfast is huge & delishous. There's nothing too much for Diane. Only fault & a minor one is the blinds very light so woke up super early. Would defo stay again.
Minor was that the blinds were very light so woke up super early.
The Room we were in was sumptuous in every way the Bathroom was pure luxury at least five star quality. Wifi was fast and easy to use. The Hotel was quiet over night. The owner was a delightful person who could not do enough to help us. We had an early start so, to my disappointment, and the owners, I had to forgo the full English breakfast. Instead we were provide with an ample breakfast pack to eat on our journey.
Nothing to dislike, except wish we could have stayed longer
The friendliness of staff was very good i missed breakfast but when I checked out I was asked if I would like something made for me very nice touch I think well done to you all
Nothing to dislike about this place
