Staff were friendly and welcoming The room was clean and roomy, and the bed was comfortable. Easy free parking.

for the short time i was there everything was absolutely fine, would definately stay again,and would recomend to freinds.

The girls who worked the restaurant for breakfast and the bar we're really great; helpful, friendly and efficient. Food was also very good.

1) Directly in front of the hotel is a road - in the road is a metal man-hole cover which every time a car goes over it, makes a loud noise. This becomes very pronounced with the frequency of vehicles from around 7am. Would make sense for the hotel to get this sorted out as if you have a room at the front of the hotel its very disruptive to sleep. 2) The bar comes to a hard stop at 11pm even for residents; unusual in a hotel. 3) My room (20) had a drain smell coming from the bathroom. Once the plumber put the plug in, the smell was less pronounced.

Vanessa (staff) was helpfull and friendly. The hotel clean and modern. Breakfast was good and hard to complain about anything. We had this hotle discounted to 50 for a double so very happy.

There was a warm welcome, friendly staff, lovely room

Liked the room which was spacious and tastefully decorated. Bathroom was quite new and well appointed. Lovely building.

The inclusive breakfast was very disappointing. It was meagre and the scrambled egg was all dried up; no bacon or black pudding. If this was paid for at £14.50 I would have complained!

We liked everything about our stay. Don't let your standards drop and keepup the good work. Whoever trains your staff is doing an excellent job.

The receptionist was veru nice and friendly, she made a very good first impression. The food in the restaurant was also good, very convenient. The room was comfortable and everything worked well.

Parking was free in the rear lot but space was limited. You may need to get there before 6:00pm to assure you have a spot, otherwise there is parking on the street.

1.The reception and dining room staff members were pleasant and efficient. 2.The continental breakfast was very good. 3. The room was comfortable, spacious enough and well maintained. Tea & coffee makings were very welcome. 5.Free WiFi connection.

1. The duvet was a single one on a double bed and therefore inadequate to cover us properly. 2.The cooked breakfast was obviously pre-cooked and had dried up and the coffee was not fresh. 3.Hair dryer lead too short.
