Friendly staff, cosy atmosphere. Beds were small and not that comfortable. Breakfast was 8-9 which was a short window and we would have preferred it a bit later.

thought the place was excellent in countryside surronds and location from town good Thought the breakfast times could of had been better than from 8 till 9 was poor and checking out at 10 30 was very poor aswell apart from that had a good weekend

Location Very Clean rooms Cute Proprieters very chatty, friendly and assisted with the luggage. Nice soap Comfy bed Breakfast good Grounds very well maintained Plentiful parking Enviromental policy (towels etc) Having to be told more than once not to leave the iron on the floor, when provided with an ironing board. Having to ask twice for the iron. Staff saying they will book a taxi and then forgetting, however they did book one, when we went to ask for the iron! The worst thing and this is why we will not stay again or recommend -was the clock radio alarm pre set for 08.30hrs on Sunday morning. Only one plug socket which the iron lead was to short to reach the board - this is probably why people iron on the floor!! Shower pressure very very poor

It was close to the amenities. We were not greeted by anyone and had to wait outside for some time on arrival facing a locked door. Eventually we found a member of staff after traipsing around the building to find an open conservatory door. Brandon Lodge is licensed but there was never anyone manning the bar. Breakfast was good for a cooked breakfast but very little for anyone else. The only fruit available was grapefruit which, if on medication, you cannot eat.The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The en suite was 'bijou' and carpeted, which is somewhat unhygienic.

Made to feel welcome from the minute we arrived,most helpful and pleasant hosts. Good sized rooms, exceptionally clean, comfortable and very quiet, so slept very well. Good TV and wifi is free with strong signal. Steve recommended a restaurant for an evening meal in the city and it was excellent. Have to travel a couple of miles for an evening meal.

The Lodge was easy to find as it was on the main road to Hereford. The rooms were clean, spacious and warm. We were arriving very late at night and the staff were more than helpful to us and would have provided food if we had needed it. We will definitely be using this lodge again when we visit Hereford.

The service, staff, breakfast & facilities were excellent. The cleanliness of the room & public areas couldn`t be faulted. The mattress had to be the most uncomfortable that we have ever tried to sleep on.
