Facilities, location, ambience, staff friendliness, room, comfort of bed, food; all aspects of the stay were excellent.
Checkout was slow and machinery malfunctioned.
Generally the hotel and surrounding grounds are excellent and relaxing. Staff very attentive and facilities good. Would certainly recommend this hotel if visiting Kent.
Beds are tired and small - but I am sure that this is well known and being addressed!
Friendly staff Excellent service Intimate surroundings Great facilities for a relatively small hotel
Main lounge area was a bit cold for some reason.
The restaraunt atmosphere and friendly welcome
Location, facilities, friendly & helpful staff.
Menu needs more choices, pillows too small.
Hotel is beautiful. Staff very helpful. Room comfortable, clean and very nicely decorated. The spa is wonderful and the cream tea spa day worth every penny. Perfect way to celebrate. Bar snacks and cream tea excellent.
Housekeeping was a little lacking. Lighting very poor in the room. Lightbulb not working in lamp, tv remote control backing not on it. Welcome pack not complete. In the bar, no snacks with drinks until asked, crockery chipped in the bar. Limited bar choices. Restaurant menu ridiculously expensive so ate elsewhere in the evening.
The hotel & setting setting is beautiful and the rooms were luxurious and very comfortable. The bar food was also delicious and reasonable value for money as was the breakfast with every taste catered for. Our welcome was very good (Michelle on reception was very attentive and carried my Mum's case to our room). The spa is very nice and overall the staff were lovely and treatments great.
This hotel sits right on top of the motorway and close to Brands Hatch so the traffic noise is constant. I do not think there was actually anything going on at Brands Hatch but it certainly sounded like it. I am not sure if it would be quieter in other rooms so maybe better to ask when booking a room. The evening menu is very expensive as are drinks. We waited ages to be served at the bar at lunchtime and again in the evening. Upon checkout we were also left waiting for staff. We also had afternoon tea and whilst it was delicious, when I asked for a cloth to be put on the table and it was provided - I was told why one hadn't been put on our table and other tables had, almost like I was making a fuss! What happened to customer being right? This also happened in the bar when we suggested some bar snacks should be provided (especially when one is paying over £30 for a round of four drinks). Told they had run out! When some did eventually appear the bowl they were service in was badly chipped. When we went to the spa to enquire about extra treatments, there were no brochures or pricelist for us to look at. The receptionist didn't seem at all bothered by this and offered no information.
The kids love the pool spa area and gym and we loved the relaxation room The staff were very attentive Many thanks
The hotel is gorgeous the food is lovely the staff are fantastic. We were totally looked after from begining to end thank you
Having to leave
The staff really made us feel welcome The décor and finishes made us feel cossetted The room was a good size with comfortable beds and seating and a large flat screen tv Definitely on my list to return
Nothing to dislike
Everything. Staff very friendly. Breakfast is fab, pool, steam room, sauna and hydro pool are the best. Beds were really snug rooms have a homely feel. Defo would love to come back.
The fact I had to come home!!
Gym and pool, relaxing atmosphere and helpful staff.
Didn't eat in restaurant, menu seemed a little limited and pricey for my expense account.
Very good service from staff & friendly.
Not enough choice on menu for vegetarian no qourn options, only vegetables! ! Mattress too firm kept me awake most of the night, terrible back ache. Breakfast could start a little earlier maybe 6am or 6.30am instead of 7pm.
Bed was extremely comfortable
No snacks at the bar available on arrival and we had to go and buy our own coke to put behind the bar, also the hotel has no atmosphere
On our wedding night we arrived at 2:00am, the door staff gave us coffee on arrival. The room service was outstanding and we had breakfast in bed twice. The food on our second night was just out of this world and the staff again were just too kind, we was even given a complimentary drink to go with our dinner. The pool and other facility's were brilliant. We had massage's, facial's and other treatment. Me and my Wife left with a smile just as big as when we first arrived, thank you to all of the Staff at Brands Hatch Place we would love to stay with you again.
Fantastic room service food hot and good quality Hotel setting's set in kents countryside.

Great location, excellent service and lovely spa.
Our hotel room iron did not work at all. The shower was cold and took over 10 minutes to warm up.
It was very poor value of money, small room and for a for a hotel of this star rating the room decor was very disappointing .
The hotel is very clean & newly refurbished.
A lovely get away. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very comfortable. Spotlessly clean, very sufficient toiletries in the bathroom. The breakfast was excellent. Also enjoyed the spa facility. Would definitely return.
The room lacked a small fridge. Disappointed with the bar food, which was a shame as the staff couldn't have been any nicer.
Thought food in restaurant was of a poor standard
Reception staff and restaurant environment was super. Bar staff a bit vague and unorganised and our pudding - fruit salad took 25 minutes to arrive ! I thought the attention to my gluten intolerance was brilliant and breakfast room service wonderful.
For a premium rate it was a tiny bedroom and bathroom on a noisy corridor ( loud wedding party in adjacent rooms) only reached through a maze of corridors and stairways. No help offered with luggage. Breakfast was unstaffed when we arrived and I had to go to ask for assistance. Slow service, waited ages for beverages, no toast offered. Two glasses of house white wine in the evening cost £21!! I have tried to I unsubscribe from the frequent emails but the link doesn't work adding insult to injury.
Convenient for our needs (wanted to be close to our old house)
Noise from M20 very close by. Only average breakfast - was expecting better!
