The staff really made us feel welcome The décor and finishes made us feel cossetted The room was a good size with comfortable beds and seating and a large flat screen tv Definitely on my list to return
Nothing to dislike
Everything. Staff very friendly. Breakfast is fab, pool, steam room, sauna and hydro pool are the best. Beds were really snug rooms have a homely feel. Defo would love to come back.
The fact I had to come home!!
Gym and pool, relaxing atmosphere and helpful staff.
Didn't eat in restaurant, menu seemed a little limited and pricey for my expense account.
Very good service from staff & friendly.
Not enough choice on menu for vegetarian no qourn options, only vegetables! ! Mattress too firm kept me awake most of the night, terrible back ache. Breakfast could start a little earlier maybe 6am or 6.30am instead of 7pm.
Bed was extremely comfortable
No snacks at the bar available on arrival and we had to go and buy our own coke to put behind the bar, also the hotel has no atmosphere
On our wedding night we arrived at 2:00am, the door staff gave us coffee on arrival. The room service was outstanding and we had breakfast in bed twice. The food on our second night was just out of this world and the staff again were just too kind, we was even given a complimentary drink to go with our dinner. The pool and other facility's were brilliant. We had massage's, facial's and other treatment. Me and my Wife left with a smile just as big as when we first arrived, thank you to all of the Staff at Brands Hatch Place we would love to stay with you again.
Fantastic room service food hot and good quality Hotel setting's set in kents countryside.

Great location, excellent service and lovely spa.
Our hotel room iron did not work at all. The shower was cold and took over 10 minutes to warm up.
It was very poor value of money, small room and for a for a hotel of this star rating the room decor was very disappointing .
The hotel is very clean & newly refurbished.
A lovely get away. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very comfortable. Spotlessly clean, very sufficient toiletries in the bathroom. The breakfast was excellent. Also enjoyed the spa facility. Would definitely return.
The room lacked a small fridge. Disappointed with the bar food, which was a shame as the staff couldn't have been any nicer.
Thought food in restaurant was of a poor standard
Reception staff and restaurant environment was super. Bar staff a bit vague and unorganised and our pudding - fruit salad took 25 minutes to arrive ! I thought the attention to my gluten intolerance was brilliant and breakfast room service wonderful.
For a premium rate it was a tiny bedroom and bathroom on a noisy corridor ( loud wedding party in adjacent rooms) only reached through a maze of corridors and stairways. No help offered with luggage. Breakfast was unstaffed when we arrived and I had to go to ask for assistance. Slow service, waited ages for beverages, no toast offered. Two glasses of house white wine in the evening cost £21!! I have tried to I unsubscribe from the frequent emails but the link doesn't work adding insult to injury.
Convenient for our needs (wanted to be close to our old house)
Noise from M20 very close by. Only average breakfast - was expecting better!
Good food, very attentive staff and a well appointed room
Executive room was above the back of the kitchen area delivery vans making noise - not acceptable and requested a change which was offered. Service in the restaurant was poor very slow and wrong items being served.
Lovely hotel in a great loation, and very quiet surroundings made for the perfect relaxing getaway! The hideaway nature of the hotel meant that the Spa facilities were always available ( we stayed mid-week... ) Breakfast was nice, dinner was tasty, and the service was speedy and polite! Even room service got our evening meal to us in much less time than we expected, well cooked and delicious! The meal price was right, and the man who brought our food to us was very nice and polite. The room we had was the exec. Spacious and well laid out with a comfortable bed, 32" TV, and plenty of lighting. The on suite bathroom was nice and modern, with a large bath and great shower. Plenty of hot water too! The Spa facilities were simple and small, but well thought out. The layout of the spa meant it was easy to use, and we enjoyed it a lot! We also booked a massage. It worked wonders, leaving us relaxed and refreshed! There is a gym and squash court too. Would like to stay again!
Not a thing.
Beautiful rural location. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Room spotlessly clean. Facilties wonderful. Restaurant and food fantastic. Slept like a log in the most sumptuous bed and pillows I think I've ever slept in! We can't wait to go back!
Nice Reception area
Rooms had no insulation so if you want a quiet night ,forget it. The room was a so called superior room but not sure paying £200 per night for a noisy room next to the stairs with a very loud creaky roof really warranted paying that.
Great food, great staff, great room. Very relaxing experience
Good hotel and nice location.
Hotel needs to find a way to accomodate hotel and wedding guests. Our stay was ruined by wedding guests. Hotel is too small to handle both parties.
We were a group staying one night including a three-course- meal. We were pleased with everything. I can hardly find anything to say which is not positive. Beautiful hotel, professional nice staff, clean very nice rooms, charming reception area, and separate dining room. We also enjoyed very much the dinner which was high class.
There is some noice from the motorway, even though you cannot see it. The wine prices could be slightly lower.
Fantastic food especially the breakfast.
A bit pricy. Cheapest bottle of wine was £25.
-Bedrooms are nicely decorated -Beds are very comfortable -Staff are friendly and helpful -Grounds to the front of the hotel are pretty
-Lacks atmosphere -Need to book restaurant for dinner well in advance or stuck with bar food -Fan in the bathroom is very bad so need to leave door open when showering -Condensation on bedroom windows -Robe but no slippers in the bedroom -Noise from the motorway very loud so sitting in the garden is not an option for a peaceful stay -Spa area (pool/jacuzzi) could do with maintenance
