Hotel and rooms are very well appointed. Everything you might need in the room, and an excellent shower. Staff very friendly and helpful. Make sure you ask for a room away from the motorway side as this is a listed building and has no double glazing. I had a sleepless night. Restruant expensive and very average, but service very good.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Room service sandwiches were excellent On booking in no one showed us to our room or carried our bag. The room 16 was rather small and a little seedy, Stains on the carpet and draperies, damage to the walls and light fittings etc., cobwebs on the walls.A Standard lamp without a bulb. The grouting in the bathroom was stained, with some mould around the seals.Tea making equipment was in the wardrobe, not laid out. All the public rooms were occupied by a wedding reception including reception, and as we had just left ours we did not wish to join another, we felt unable to use the bar or lounge, and had to use room service instead. Children were blocking stairs and running noisily along the corridor

Great location for anyone attending events at Brands hatch circuit. Very nicely presented rooms, although a little musty smelling. Staff all very friendly and welcoming. Surroundings are pleasant surrounded by trees and gardens. Restaurant and bar prices a little excessive, Service wasn't that efficient considering it was quiet.!

The hotel staff are always very welcoming and professional. The hotel is also very clean and comfortable. The spa facilties are very good and relaxing and finally the rooms are beautiful, very spacious, clean and have lovely views. Great for a weekend / overnight refresher!! The food is always amazing in the hotel on previous stays but when ordering 3 of our choices from the menu where unavailable. So the food was lovely but not what we wanted...

i arrived at 9.10 to be told the resturant was about to close, so i whent to my room to change, in the room was an imformation book,it said that thay would cater for late arrivals, and the lounge/bar served food 10am to 10pm so at 9,40 i whent to the bar and asked if i could get some food, and was told only sandwiches were avalible, so nothing to eat after working all day Won't stay again, i would expect better from a hotel of this standing and cost

Peace & quiet of the location. Spa facilities for such a quaint hotel were good. Breakfast was good. Evening meal was extremely disappointing - expensive, limited choice and main course especially lacked taste and was cold when it arrived to our table.

I was here on business so didn't get to explore the area but the hotel had very helpful and friendly staff, very nice and comfortable room, good facilitie - nice to have a free internet available. My stay included a special offer of breakfast and evening meal which was fantastic value for money. Would definately stay here again and would recommend it to my colleagues. Thank you.

The room i stayed in was superb although there was a cracked window in the bathroom which needs replacing. Also the tiles under the shower could do with some elbow grease.

Excellent service from all the staff. Bedroom was clean and large with a very comfortable kingsize bed. Food was very good with an extensive breakfast menu. Spa and leisure facilities were excellent.
