The owners were very helpful and are in the process of updating the rooms. The breakfast was excellent. The bedroom was small but the bed was comfy. There was a flat screen tv and free wifi. The Brayton is in a quiet location 2 minutes from the sea front and facing a small park.

It's location in Blackpool was excellent. The staff were very friendly and breakfast was good. The decor was a little dark and dreary and the room was small.

Great location in relation to the center of Blackpool. 15-20 minute walk to the North Pier. Plenty of on street parking available, we were able to park right outside for the duration of our stay. Rooms were of a good standard and clean, very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was fantastic!

The welcome was warm and welcoming. Pot of tea and biscuits on arrival was excellent. The staff were all friendly and couldn't do enough for you. The food was plentifull. I had to ask for half portion size as couldn't eat all my breakfast. The furnishings were good. The only point that let The Brayton down was the size of our bedroom and en suite. They were so tiny. Just enough room for one person to walk about at any one time. Had my dog with me and it was a tight squeeze with him in the room. Unable to get into the shower because of how tiny it was.The position of the wc made it impossible for proper hygiene at it, you had to move away from it. That said it is in a great location. Far enough away from the bussle of the noise but near enough to get to town centre. Pub/restuarant close by and public transport just a couple of minutes walk away. Overall I did enjoy my stay but unless I managed to get a larger room will have to think hard about going back to the Brayton. Just the size of the Brayton's room no 9. Too small for adults. Better suited to children.

Having travelled and stayed at different rated and standards of hotels/b&b around the uk and europe, this b&b is excellent value for money... Before booking I read the reviews and there seamed to be a few negative ones.. However, every positive review written is fact !!!!! I had a lovely 2 night stay as I was working in the area, the owners are very nice the place is comfortable and welcoming, the tray of tea on arrival was perfect, I could go on, but best of all was the fantastic breakfast just the best...thanks the brayton it really was "excellent value for money" Old building therefore some noise at night guests returning or early morning guests departing

I visited the Brayton Hotel with my daughter, her husband and their dog. We got a very warm welcome and were offered tea/coffee on our arrival, nothing was to much trouble. It suited us down to the ground and the breakfast arrangements were brilliant, as was the huge choice of very good food and our breakfast was hot and served with a smile. Although I was in a small single room it was big enough for one with an ensuite, and my daughter and husband had a lovely big family room with a lovely ensuite We make this trip annually just to see the illuminations and will definetely be staying at the Brayton again, Oh and the bar prices were very reasonable. Very happy with everything.

A great welcome, we were offered help with our luggage if needed and also a coffee or tea. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Good stocks of tea and coffee in the rooms. The small bar offers a good range of drinks including draft beer, lager, and cider. Prices were very competitive.Traditional english breakfast was very good and set us up for the day ahead.

We stayed at the Brayton because we were invited to a night out in Poulton for a 50th and needed somewhere to stay but did not want to pay a fortune. We were pleasantly surprised, we had a nice friendly reception with coffee in the lounge area. The room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was available up until 9:45 which was good and was spot on. Overall a good experience.
