the location for a quiet one night stay was good. Rooms are decorated to a good standard and cleanliness very good. The owner very friendly and obliging. Being in a single room this was very small and as hotel was quiet a double could have been offered. There was only one mirrror in the bathroom which isnt ideal when doing hair with straighteners.

The hotel was well situated in a quiet part of Blackpool, overlooking Gynn Gardens. As they were quiet we were upgraded to a room overlooking the front which was very nice. The room was a large family room and was clean with excellent facilities such as complimentary toiletries and tea/coffee and biscuits. We chose the hotel as it offered free wi-fi. This was very patchy and were only able to use it for 5 minutes as it crashed after, never to comeon again. Tried to find someone downstairs to help but no-one was around. When we mentioned this in the morning we were told it was a bad signal as we were at the front and the router at the back of the hotel! The breakfast was too greasy.

the brayton is in a good location, within walking distance of the prom. the hotel is very clean and tidy, nothing was to much trouble, they certainly know how to look after their guests.,food was good, with a good variety to choose from. in your room, was a tray with tea, coffee and milk and also biscuits, which was nice after travelling. the brayton hosts, debbie and laurence, are really nice people, we felt that we were at home, so relaxed and looked after, recommend this hotel to all travellers.

The owner was very helpful,we got a welcome cup of tea/cofee on arrival. The hotel was a nice 10 minute walk to the central area where the tower is. The breaakfast was excellent you select what you want the night before and specify a time you want. Asmuch fruit juice and tea/coffee as you like. All in a value for money break.

A very warm and friendly welcome and very helpful staff. The room was basic but nice and clean. The hotel was quiet when I was there and the breakfast was delicious every morning...but make sure you have an appetite...portions are huge! The only problem was my well worn mattress which could have done with replacing, but I slept with my head at the wrong end of the bed and that helped! Really can't complain with the price.

Our second stay. We returned because of the friendliness of the owners, the superb value for money, comfortable accomodation and the absolutely magnificent breakfast. Everything about the hotel is fastidiously clean. A top class place where we will definitely return for a third time ! Everything was excellent.

A very pleasant b&b in Blackpool offering excellent value for money. Rooms are clean, warm and in good condition, offering extras such as tea and coffee making facilities, tv and free Wifi. Hot water all day, fresh towels, accommodating hosts. Breakfast was very good, home cooking. Owners went out of their way to ensure that their guests had a good stay and any requests were met with politeness and assistance. Thoroughly recommend it. Nothing that I didn't like, but few words so you know what to expect. 1. The Brayton is situated on the quieter end of north shore, so it's a good 15 mins walk into the main Blackpool resort - and a bit further for the fun fair, night clubs etc. Some might see that as an advantage! 2. You get what you pay for - in this case you get more. It is a good quality, friendly B&B - but don't arrive expecting rooms like you would get in the Ritz - you are not paying those sort of prices.

Great location in relation to the center of Blackpool. 15-20 minute walk to the North Pier. Plenty of on street parking available, we were able to park right outside for the duration of our stay. Rooms were of a good standard and clean, very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was fantastic!
