the cutlery/kitchen utensils and cooker were very dirty, the beds were very uncomfortable which had cheap quilts and pillows.
Wet floor in chalet on arrival as the fridge had defrosted and the water had gone all over the kitchen and lounge floor. The electricity card, given to me at reception, did not work so we alerted reception and they told the maintenace department. We only had to wait 10 mins for someone to come along which was good as they were very busy that night. The maintenance guy was very good, he told us to go back to reception and get another card and to inform them that the card, given to us, was not working. He also arranged for someone to come and clean the floor and he agreed that the chalet smelt "musty" and damp as a result of the water having been lying around a while.
The cottage pie
Hair in my fried egg!

Every thing stank rotten place
Late check in. Chalet wasn't cleaned properly. Mould on walls and ceilings. Old television with poor picture. Poor furniture. Duvet missing. No kitchen utensils for cooking. The sofa bed broke when we sat on it so a security man was sent to fix it. He screwed the broken leg back on and left the screws loose on the other leg because he couldn't tighten them with the screwdriver he had. Walls were too thin and you could hear the people in the adjoining chalets if they came back late.
The staff where rude, a cooked breakfast with no mushrooms hash browns, a toaster which wouldn't toast, tea and coffee served in polystyrene cups and to top it off you charged £7 an adult for it. The park itself was tired and old looking for a resort which only opened 3 years ago I was utterly disgusted.
The price was amazing for 1 night stop over Accommodation was adiquate for a short break but we only had the basic as it was a stop over.
The sofa went into the double bed was very uncomfortable. Was bearable for the one night we booked but wouldn't want to sleep on for any more nights.
it was near to burnham on sea
the mould the bed/sofa bed very uncomfatable place looks very run down dirty needs 1 hell of a make over apartment very small broken windows latches
Everything it Looked like a refuse tip rubbish everywhere really run down worst accommodtion ever very dirty .
Hasn't been updated in 20 years. Ie paint flaking of buildings, crazy golf a death trap from turf folding up and decaying concrete everywhere. Quad track full of weeds three foot high , very messing as no more quads available. Heaters in chalet are on it off. So turn on to get warm then to hit but turn off gets cold in 20 minutes. Rude staff, Dam right dangerous no salty catches of knife cupboard the hot water has no regulator so is bout 80'c. Plug sockets open not at all geared up for children . I booked two adults and two cotbeds, (kids 2 and 3) got two single materes and a 'sofa bed' same size as single. When I complained I can't sleep in that, reply was ' find somewhere else', this was check in 4 o'clock , believe me know where else to go. Completed waste of money and time,
There was mould in the bedrooms, beds extremely uncomfortable and small, hole in the ceiling , tv worked on and off, shower disgusting and dirty,Disabled changing room had a black sticky floor and all wet, there was used poohy wet wipes all over and chewing gum ,when I told the supervisor she said I guess I'll clean it then.We had to get out of the swimming pool not long after getting in so a private group could use water walkers,I am a disabled person and after no sleep in the awful bed I was hurting all over my hip nearly dislocated as so uncomfortable and my shoulder did dislocate. There was someone's dirty boxer shorts in wardrobe we didn't use the wardrobes or chest of draws as too filthy. No one told us if any events are on so did nothing,we went to the restaurant and the food looked disgusting everyone able to touch it. We went out of pontins to eat it was so bad and then we went to fun city as nothing seemed to be on we spent more money than we should have due to the awful food/accommodation and activities. My husband and I are appalled I want a refund it was that bad.
The location, the food, the chalet, the little shop on site - thought it was good to collect your linen from there, the croc character, the check in lady - she was really helpful, the parks for children.
The queue for food - people kept pushing in, the complete site needs some modernising.
Entertainment was good!
Chalet lacked cleanliness and comfort..no linen was provided
-Close to beach -Shop close by -Close enough to other attractions, such as Weston super mare -Rooms had parking close by
-The comfort of the property -The interior needs updating to a latest century design -Longer entertainment
All of it
Only stayed one night but had no hot water for a bath, no batteries in tv remote, bedding cheap & pillows hard so wont be staying again even though its a family resort
